Painful energy...

Recently I've been attempting telekinesis, with no results so far, (likely because I've only been at it for three days with one 30-minute practice session each day). I collect electrical energy  (including when I try TK), by imagining drawing it from the core of the earth and from lightning strikes above me. I usually draw it to my arms and hands only, especially my right arm. Well, lately every time I draw energy, I get the usual warmth and electrical "static sparks" feeling in my hands, along with an unwelcome dull pain in the middle of my right forearm and hand.
What might be causing this? It lasts for at least an hour and I've never gotten it before a couple of months ago when it started.

It sounds like you are getting better at drawing in energy. Now you are forcing your way through blockages in your energy body. The pain is coming from resistance to the increased current. If you rub the palms of your hands together to warm them slightly and then pass yor hands over the areas where you feel pain with the intention of brushing away blockages, that could help. It was one of the things I learned to do after starting reiki lessons, but it will work just as well without reiki because it is the intent which matters most.

Thanks, I didn't know that was a good sign. :)
I'll try what you suggested next time.

I attempted to "pull" the blockages out in the imagined form of a black mass, and it seemed to ease the pain. I did it in several places to ensure I had gotten rid of it all.

During meditation two days ago, I felt the painful energy in my chest a lot different this time.

I felt a ball of energy in my chest EXPLODE!, it was very exciting, a ball exploded then the pulsating pain in my chest came again.

(Anyway the pain my chest is slowly and slowly less painful)
