New to telekinesis, experiencing trouble...

I am attempting telekinesis, but without any results. All I can seem to do is draw energy. My psiwheel is home-made out of a toothpick with a portion of the pointed top bent down, and a circle of aluminum foil a little over an inch long with a hole in the middle is stuck through the bent part. A small piece of lightweight clay is on either side to keep the wheel on its perch. The base is melted and hardened plastic, and I stuck the other end of the toothpick in it. I put the makeshift psiwheel under a clear drinking glass. I checked the wheel to see if it was stuck on the clay or perhaps the hole in the middle of the foil wasn't big enough, but the wheel moves easily if I even breathe on it. I've meditated and concentrated for a reasonable period each day and then tried to move the wheel, but I can't figure out what's stopping it. Unfortunately this is leading to skepticism on my part that I am even capable of moving it all, making it all the harder to work.  :(

Well, sorry for the lengthy post, and any advice would be appreciated- Thanks!

It always moves easier if theres no hole in the aluminum foil, and its balanced on somthing very sharp. Its harder to get the cup down on it, but easier to move once you do.

Hey, I've never had any luck with the psi-wheel either. ^_^u I've sorta given up too.... ah heheh. I'm sure this wasn't very helpful, sorry! Just my thought! (Which is rather dumb but.. ok I'll leave now.)

I remade the wheel, this time out of printing paper, balanced atop one end of a toothpick in a plastic base. Still no results. Also, I have a couple of questions... why is it I feel I must remove my silver ring when I use energy? It feels as though it's "blocking" the flow, and I so take it off every time. And is it possible to actually "absorb" energy from real lightning in a stormy atmosphere without being struck by it? Because I've tried this and it makes my hands tingle, and I feel refreshed when I do it.

How many hours during the day you practice do you take?

Before i started spinning the psi-wheel, it took me about 4 days of practicing 2-5 hours a day...before spinning it.

Well, even though I get my energy from another source, I don't want to risk losing too much and getting sick, so I practice anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour every couple of days. I used to practice longer and more frequently, but I can't find as much time as I need.

Well, I don't claim to be adept at telekenesis or anything but I have a feeling you're approaching it wrong.

First of all, the movies spoil us and makes us think that telekenesis is a matter of waving the hand or something like this.  Others think you have to toss all this energy at something.

But when it comes down to it, it's all a matter of what your mind will allow you to believe.  You've been trained and conditioned since you were able to open your eyes in this world that things like that are not possible, that solid is solid and you can't have an effect over solid matter with mere thought or intention.

However, my feeling is you need to start reprogramming your mind to accept that this is commonplace, that we create our perception of reality in our own minds.  Our minds are constantly deciding what we're going to "see" and what we aren't.  If you can allow yourself to let go of the "rules" that you believe govern physical reality, you can CHOOSE to see the psi wheel spin or the rock to move or whatever.  You aren't forcing your mind upon the environment, you're allowing your mind to accept the idea of the wheel spinning.

Does this make sense?  I hope so.  You should really watch the movie "What the bleep do we know?"
It's a really great look at the way science is bridging the gap between physics and metaphysics.

Cheers.
Namaste!
