help qwestions stoping me from achiveing a ap

these question's have been really bothering me and i am, now scared to go and do an AP so i really need to get them off my chest

OK first one is how long do you fell like you are paralyzed?

second is can i touch thing and pick them up (for instance like a military document:lol:) or does my hand go through it

my third one is can you die ?

and this one just annoys me more than anything is it possible to play a on line game while in a AP ?

I usually dont get paralysis when I AP, I get it randomly when I wake up at night though.  I think I could probably use it to AP but it is extremely scary sometimes.  Its just a gut reaction to freak out and feel really exposed when you are paralyzed.

Touching things is a touchy subject    Find out for yourself, it depends.

No you cant die.  I have had AP's that I have died in, but I always wake up.  I guess you could have a really scary AP and have a heartattack or go nuts, but I really really doubt it.

I guess if you really wanted to play an online game you could, but it would be made by your subconscious and look and feel like one, but you couldnt chat to real people and be like "im awesome, I can kick your butt at everquest while I am AP'ing, I am L337!!!"
