When I try to AP, I'll start to clear my mind, and begin to fully relax, and I'll feel a tug in whatever direction, and that'll surprise me and break my concentration. How can I stop this? Or will it go away in time?

Hi Kitsune,
you will need to continue practising regularly in order to become accustomed to the sensation you are experiencing. Once you are fully aware of what it feels like, & when you might expect it, it will no longer surprise you to the same extent that it does now. This could take some time to get used to !

At this point, when you feel the "tug", your concentration will be disturbed but not fully broken. You can then attempt to relax and focus again. This again needs to be practised regularly.

Now, you can work towards the point where the "tug" is no longer a surprise - it just happens in the background, or goes unnoticed. Your concentration remains unbroken during practise.
