Remote Viewing or closer to astral?

Reality fluctuations occur often during OBE.  I don't know much about remte viewing from personal experience, but I would imagine it's quite  similar.

The feat of guessing the suits could be a fluke...but I would lean the other way.  Sounds like you are off to a good start.  Keep studying and practicing and always have a meaningful goal...

ok guys , I was really really tired last night .. to the point where I could just close my eyes and my mind would start daydreaming .. if I could sit there for like 10 seconds in my chair all relaxed with my eyes closed  ( a position I sleep in on the bus to school ) I started seeing things pretty clear .. like a wooden railing on some stairs , it was pretty vivid.  So I tried putting 2 cards on my nightstand near me face up.. I then closed my eyes again whie I was still tired as hell and instead of trying to imagine myself looking at the cards right from the start I waited till the normal daydream-like images came in before I imagined myself looking at them .. I tried not to see what was on the cards at first .. just kinda hovered over them a bit until I got a .. (corner of the eye) sorta sight .. I saw black and read .. then the shapes came and I saw hearts and spades on the 2 cards ..     I opened my eyes and check them .. it was hearts and spades! The numbers werent correctly as I imagined.

Is that a fluke or is that how you remote view or could I use that to put myself in my astral body and explore ?  When you go astral , does your mind create sorta what you EXPECT to see rather than whats really there ? at least until you ask for clarity ? Or is it the same as actually getting up and walking to the place you are trying to project to ? When I try to look at the careds right from the start , my mind puts numbers on the cards for me and mostly they are wrong .. this way I did it last night , I got the suits right until I started to see the numbers then my mind made them up for me .. What are your views on this ?
