Wonderful Adrian!

Thank you very much for making these available.  One question for you...  Not having had any experience with "F" series brain sync, I'm not sure where to begin.  There are several files in the zip, where do we start and how?  Are there any special instructions that should be followed?  Do we start with the 2 hour prep?

Thank you!
Myfreaky

Greetings Myfreaky!

It is my great pleasure to make these available - I hope that you and everyone else find the useful. I do believe that have very genuine and high potential.

I have analysed these pre-sets, and others based on the same objectives, and they are all largely based around frequencies around 4Hz, with a few higher and lower here and there.

I am of the view that to be of any benefit, one needs to stay with the same fequencies so that the brain is entrained to that frequency like "training wheels" on a bike. Once your brain can synchronise the frequency between the right and left hemi-spheres automatically, the "training wheels" are not longer required.

I should point out after much research that I believe pre-sets that scan a range of frequencies have limited or no lasting value, because the brain is not being entrained to any particular frequency.

There is little doubt that the frequencies around 4Hz are the ones to focus on, whether you use these or make your own. Further analysis also highlights the fact that they contain a range of half a dozen or more "voices" in harmony, mostly around 4Hz, but with some as low as 1.5Hz -  will bow to all the R&D that has been done with the powerful combinations.

In answer to your question, I would tend to go through them in order, say an hour per day or more for a week and see how it goes. Alternatively, you could do relaxation and just play the F27 all the time. There is also an excellent pre-set called "The Trip", which wil take you through them all.

As with everything - experimentation is the thing to do - everyone is different.

Good luck!

With best regards,

Adrian.

Wow almost 40 downloads in what 2 days.... I found these to be extremely useful. I am a beginner and have done no energy work. I was able to achieve a mind awake/body asleep trance in about 30 minutes using F-27a. I was extremely impressed with these. Try using the preset options and adding in babbling brook or heavy rain background noise. I hope to be working toward retrievals as I've been talking with Ginny. Hopefully I'll have more time after thanksgiving and before christmas to work on energy and phasing techniques. Thanks to all the members who've been posting such useful information :)

PS I forgot to mention, I play Bwgen with F-27a with no background wavs, whenever I listen to music, play video games or surf the internet. I just feel it helps even when you're not relaxing. Maybe useless? maybe not? decide for yourselves.

BWG for "Brain wave generator" files. You have to import them into this program, which costs 30 bux, but there's a 30 day trial on it

i just dowloaded bwg but it is the shareware version and it wont let me import files. if u register u have to pay and i couldnt find a free sample. can i get a version for free or not?

There is one trick that I find out, you actualy don't need to pay to import files but u can only rename it to presets.bwg in the folder where the bwgen.exe is the program will load only that file, that's how I can import every file.bwg without paying $$$ :) Anyway  thise are very interesing bwgen file and they are the beats that hemi-sync use, right?

Synapse

wow thats an amazing trick i cant believe i didnt think of that. that has saved a lot of time and money thanks

Gandalf

Adrian - you suggest playing them all in order once a day?
How long would that take... an hour or so?

I take it the preset 'the trip' plays them all....

Thanks, I'll give it a shot!

Greetings Gandalf,

I was suggesting that you do F10 to F27 over a number of weeks, starting with F10 on one day and progressing with one a week say.

But I am beginning to think that fixing on one frequency throughout might be better. That would be F27. Alternatively, The Trip would be an excellent choice, and still uses the same frequency ranges anyway.

There is an independant pre-set on the BWGEN site called "The Park" - that is the famous reception centre at F27. It is an excellent pre-set put together by someone who understands these things it seems, and again, they are heavily rooted in the 4Hz range.

I am sure that for Astral work 1.5Hz to 4Hz is where to be. Those that have not registered BWGEN could make their ow pre-sets in the 4Hz range.

With best regards,

Adrian.

Gandalf started a new thread called :
" Ok, we've got the BWGEN, how do we use it?  "
It would be nice if everyone could post there success stories into that thread and maybe get a feel for whats working with presets and bwgen. Thanks :)

AstralBoy

I want to ask how you recreate this bwgen files, I mean how u find out which are the right beats and if u can and have time can u post the text-what they are saying or if is allready on the net, tell me where i can find it...
thanks

Adrian:  How are these sound patterns best used?
Should I simply meditate while listening and focus on my breathing and just observe passively my experience? Should I practice energy raising exercises with certain others?  Should I attempt OBE methods while listening to others.
What's the best direction to take.

Hello Everyone,

I hope someone can offer some insight or opinions on a recent event.

I'm still new to Hemi-Sync and the effects of frequency followed responses and I was experimenting with the NCH Tone Generator.

http://www.nch.com.au/tonegen/index.html

I'm using headphones with a rating of 5hz-25khz and thought of seeing how well the headphones work.  I lowered the tone (mono tone, normal sine wave) to less than 4hz.  Even though I didn't hear anything, I did feel relaxed.  I lowered the frequency more to less than 1hz and things started to get very strange.  I started feeling dizzy, my sight started to fade to white, and my room appeared to warp and twist in a fluid way.

I stopped it immediately.  Snapping out if it wasn't a problem either.  Even though I feel fine now and everything appears normal, is it possible that certain sounds may cause neural damage?  Or, with good earphones, could Hemi-Sync be duplicated using the actual freqency instead of bineural beats?

Many thanks for your thoughts...

mayhem

Hey there,

Ive never used headphones that can respond to low frequencies like that. Normal headphones (even a good pair) respond around 15 or 20 hz. I believe you'll find binural is the change in hz between your right and left ear. Your brain attempts to make sense of the difference. In that sense you could have 100hz in one ear and 104hz in the other, to produce a 4hz binural beat. It'd be interesting for you to try bwgen with those headphones. I can help you out if you need any. PM me if you want. I've been kinda busy lately but Ill try to respond quickly.

Personally my favorite preset is The trip - infact this is only preset from this collection which has influence on me. On the other hand - depends on the person, I presume.

Hello. I know this is a post to a really old thread, but, I am just getting into meditation and stuff.  How does one best use the BWGEN stuff? For instance, I am at work and have the Attention focusing built-in running. Can I listen to that all day while at work? Or is it best to use just before a project etc.? what about creativity? Should I have that on in the background during a project or just before? Thanks in advance. From a Noob.

A message for Astral Boy.

Thank you very much for your info in regards to getting the bwgext. without having to pay money. But could you please do me a favor and go into a little more detail for 'computor illiterate morons' like me [:)]. Thank you in advance if you do respond to this message. Warm regards.

Hi if you have the money please buy it and support the developer.  If you can't afford it there's always ways around the security(cracks).  I would still recommend you buy it.

hypnotist

Hi everyone:

If anyone is interested in going deeper then BWG let me know.  I've been doing some deep hypnosis on line with a few people on Astral Pulse for a few weeks.

nishiraj is one of them he is from England and tried the hypnosis.  He was amazed at how easily he went into that deep state. Nishiraj stated that he went deeper then the BWG programs that he has.

I gave him a KEYWORD so when he says it, he will go back into that deep, wonderful state again in seconds.  I told him to go to a hypnotist in his area and he did a female hypnotist and she hypnotized him also.

I'll be putting together a few of this same Hypnosis Induction on CD's in a week or two.  If anyone is interested in the CD's let me know.

You can try the same Induction on line on yahoo instant messenger for free to see the difference of Ultra Depth and BWG.

You can contact me here on Astral Pulse or on yahoo instant messenger or at hypotist41@aol.com  My screen name is thehypnotist1 on yahoo.
