Amigos, I've been reading the Pointers of the Wave I that Frank posted. Then the Focus 10 article by Major Tom and after that, all the Phasing stuff from the FAQ.
My problem is that "I don't know what to do" when I'm (or I think I'm) at Focus10. Frank says "do the noticing exercise" and that's OK, but, do I have to achieve Focus10 first ? I mean, imagine that I'm at Focus10. Then, what do I have to expect ? How do I "join" that state with the noticing exercise that Frank posted ?
This is what I'm doing right now six days a week:
14:00 ----> Listen to Wave I - Intro to Focus 10.
01:00 ----> When lying on bed in order to sleep, I do the "Noticing Exercise" without trying to achieve Focus10 or something special. I just lay down facing upwards and notice ... notice ... and notice ... I hope one day I will start noticing something :)

Can you give me any other hint ? I mean, Am I on the correct path ?

Thanks a lot in advance,
MagicMac.

You seem to be on the right path. If you made it to Focus 10, I say just sit there and enjoy it. It's the first big hurdle in the OBE process, and if you can get used to it and do it over and over it will pay off.  From what I've recently learned, it's not "maybe I'm there". When you're there, you will know it. And be patient. I'm a beginner and still learning myself, and I'm expecting to have to keep "trying" for years to come. To be honest, I've been trying for about 10 years. It's only recently I've been putting discipline and time towards it, which I think is necessary for results.

Good Luck!

Thanks, Stookie :) Nope, I'm not 100% sure that I was in Focus10, but I could clearly feel the falling sensation, and a lot of times I just can't know where my hands are located. I mean, if I don't remember where they were before I start, I could barely "feel" where they are but can't really know.
Those are a few "pointers" that Major Tom explains in his Focus10 post.

Thanks a lot,
MagicMac.

magicmac, I have a lot of the same questions you do, or had them. But Stookie is right about Focus 10. You'll know. It's important, however, that you don't try to force it to happen. Let it happen. Relax. Really, really enjoy relaxing, keep alert and noticing, but don't get involved in the process with your left brain. It tries to analyze what's happening and what is going to happen, and if it's happening correctly.

Stookie, mactombs and Major, thanks a lot for your responses :) I'll continue doing the same routine then but more and more relaxed.
I have a few more questions then :) But they are shorter to reply.

a) After achieving a solid Focus10, do you still have days where you can't reach it ? Those days where you are stressed or mad or whatever...

b) How many minutes (approx, obviously) does it take to rich Focus10 once you have a solid one ?

Thanks again, guys.

What exactly is a description of F12 and F15? I've never really got what the descriptions of them meant (although I haven't really researched into it).

magicmac2000:
2 1/2 weeks ago focus 10 was no problem. I had intense vibrations & pulsing every day for several days. Then it just went away. It hasn't been nearly as intense lately.

Major Tom:
Do you OBE from focus 10, or pretty much shoot for 12 or higher after you get there?

Last night I seemed to skip it and went straight to 12. I was drifting off and suddenly I was lying in a bed in a dimly lit 1970's hotel room. It had dark red wallpaper and there was a old, dirty lamp attached to the wall right above my head giving off a pale yellow light. I laid there looking at it for a little bit, and then I phased back, but was surprised that the lamp left an after image in my mind just like when looking into a real lamp.
