Hi,
My theory on Deja vu's is this:

In your sleep when you project, you get taken to your future by astral wind sometimes. You cant remember when you get up so when that thing happens, you remember doing it.

Auraseer,

What a GREAT explanation!
Could be totally wrong, but I LIKE IT!

I've had some real dooseys of Deja vu lately, a good several seconds worth where I'm realising it in the middle, not just after. Freaky!!!

I feel your right in your idea though. The last couple I've had I could swear that I dreamt them anywhere from a week to a month before. It was so much like re-enacting a part of a dream.

James....again.

the_demigod

I always realise DURING the dejavu that its happening.
Memory flashbacks often source the INITIAL info as months if not a year or more BACK.

Does such a number of consistent [but periodically active] dejavu's NOT point towards potential predestination??????

Hi,
hears my opnion,
Deja-Vu's,they do not happen to every-one and I have only ever had about three in my 31 years here on earth, some people that I know have never had one,at least not in their adult life-------so I suppose that you (the_demigod) could be described as having a gift of some kind or being able to predict the future a little-------also I find the theory of your potential pre-destination an amazing idea.It all makes you think hard as we do not know every thing there is to know about life as it is--------------I would love to be having days when a few dozen Deja_Vu's were going on with me-------Enjoy them, because I would

Hi,
I do have deja vu's, but very rarely. It feels as though youve done it before. I realise that its a deja vu when its just about to start. Sometimes I even predict what will happen because of the surroundings and people. I am always right what I say.

i have gotten deja vu's since i was a kid. back then they would happen and i would know they were going on, but i could not do anything to alter them. but about six months ago, something happened to me (something changed in my spirit and i still don't know exactly what) and since then i have had deja vu's where i could:

-"see" then end of it before i got there
-change the outcome so that the deja vu ended differently
-and i have even recognized some times when walking around that i would later have a deja vu about something i was looking at later in life.
ie. one time i was walking along the C-Train platform close to where i live and as i was entering the building i realized that my mind was doing something with what i was seeing and what i was percieving and i knew that it had something to do with having a deja vu in the future. strange huh?

the demigod: "Does such a number of consistent [but periodically active] dejavu's NOT point towards potential predestination??????". no, it does not neccessarily point towards potential predestination. one thing that i have learned that seems like it will play a huge role in my future, is that I can control my own future; i can change every event to that which i wish for it to be changed to, assuming i have the power to do so and the reasons to do it.

Hi KaKKarot,
I have never heard of a person being able to controll a Deja-Vu,this web site is so revealing,I hope you enjoy the experience any-way and I must just add that the experiences that-------the_demigod--------has had are more appealing to me because I want what he has and what he will experience in the future--------Enjoy yours any-way--Helen

the_demigod

I coudnt control dejavu's [wouldn't that make them  seeing the future??], but many ARE wierd--sometimes I'm getting a feeling of havcing a dejavu about HAVING a dejavu...

trust me--beyond that sentence above it gets REALLY confusing......

But--they DO come in waves--ie, every so many days I get a few dozen a day and then all falls quiet. WIERD............

I have had this happen a lot.  As a result I have come up with a couple of different things to explain it.

I also believe that there are different kinds of the happening.

1.  A simple brain stumble.  What I mean by this is that for some reason or another the information being recieved causes the brain to stop recording and reset.  It then replays the last few secs. of memory to get the body back up to speed as to what is going on.  This would give you the feeling of doing "exactly" the same thing before even though you have never done it.

2.  Pre-cognative.  This being the feeling of doing some thing before but this time you know what the out come will be.

3.  Another form of the pre-cognative.  This I have had happen a few times.  You get about 90% of the informaiton, but there is a missing piece until you get there.  Example.  I was at work with a fellow co-worker doing a project.  The feeling of doing it before kicked in, but it was slightly off.  Every thing was the same except there was sappose to be a 3rd person but I didn't know who it was.  That being until one of the other guys showed up and started helping us.
The odd thing about this one was that it felt like I was recalling a memory from a few months prior.  The thing of it being that the 3rd person to walk into the picture had only been working there a week or so.  So if the memory was that say a month old I did not yet know the 3rd person.  I knew some one was going to be there but did not know who.

4.  Blurred memory.  This being that you have actually done a task or something very similar and your brain can not for some reason tell between the 2 or the act of doing the task again causes the memory from doing it before to surface creating the effect.  This would be a simple case of "time index or filling problems" with in the brain.
I see this as the brain trying to write the new memory over the old memory.  This would be why you can remember doing it before but can not remember any one point of because the privious memory is being written over while you are trying to remember it.

Hi,
the_demigod, you have only had a few number 2's in your lifetime? You should see a doctorhttp://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_big.gif" border=0>.

I still think that deja vu's are remembered from an astral wind because they dont feel 'brain like' things they feel... different.

Cya,
auraseer.
P.S. I'd just like to point the first two sentences out, I couldnt resisthttp://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile.gif" border=0>.

12-14 months ago I had a dream about being at a major event [conference, etc] filled with people [which for me at the time was impossible, beng an internet hermit].

yesterday I "clicked" that it was the conference I WAS organising at my new workplace.

Since I've been working in the new University for last 3 months I've tons of deja's and some prophetic dreams coming through.

I have deja vu's since I was a child. A lot of them, and I always new at the begining all the words that were said and all the things that were done... I always loved them and as well I loved the feeling in me when I got them... I dont know really what they are, but I liked the theory from film Matrix... he he
And I dont know why, but I always felt after them that I am on the right way.http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile.gif" border=0>

I love the feeling when having a deja.

I also think that deja's signal my Path.
