anytime I feel myself going into focus 10 I always get excited like.... it seems like it only takes me up to 7-10 mins. to get the sensations but I ALWAYS get excited and slip out... any help on this?

Stay calm

No seriously, keep doing it - it will become so familiar, you'll eventually be bored with Focus 10 and you won't be excited anymore.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

like even when i'm deeply relaxed it happens... i'll try again later and see what happens

Excitement happens to me too, no matter how calm I am. Sarah is right, you just have to get used to it so you don't get excited about it.

I think the anwser is really practice practice practice... wont be done in a small amount of time...
I have the exact same issue as you!
Save your tears for the day when our pain is far behind on your feet come with me we are soldiers stand or die

I too have the same problem, so know that your not on your own. This problem has put me off doing phasing practices lately, but after reading astralpulse today im now back in the mood. I suppose there will be many walls in the path of a wannabe phaser, but its only a matter of determination and time until you break them down.

Good luck

When I was working with hypotism (Which has very similar means to phasing), there was always this extreme fuzziness feeling that would start to swoop over me like a wave. I'd freak out and it'd cut out.

Either way, when you get excited, or freaked out, you put your attention towards what's causing your extreme emotion. What might help in the short run (So you don't have to feel like you need 100 nights to master it) is concentrate on the excitement. Emotions come from within, and you'll keep on the idea of looking within if you just don't think about the feeling.

When I say concentrate on the excitement, think about how that makes you feel, and just the essence of the excitement. Sometimes I use happiness as my way of looking in, and it works pretty well. The idea is simply not to think about your body.
As it as written, now and forever shall be. In the name of the Stevo, amen.
