Can you communicate with your subconscious through phasing? You are going inside of your mind so I would a assume that it is possible. I saw this on Frank's site:

How to   cure niggling health problems such as digestive disorders, eating problems, lack of energy, sleeplessness, nervous conditions, chemical addictions and dependencies... they all have their causes within your inner reality!

How to enter areas of inner consciousness that enable you to control your future physical reality with a HIGH degree of accuracy... turn a staid "ordinary" life into a fun-packed adventure!

Has anybody done this?

Can you communicate with your subconscious through phasing?

I think that is the definition of phasing. I posted a message about the universal mind earlier. The author talks about the brainwave frequencies and what they mean. Sounds like it is related to the phases

This is FANTASTIC question and I am surprised that this thread is like a ghost town.  If this is the case it would make hypnosis and NLP like playing in the kiddie pool.  This would be the ultimate tool to break up limiting belief structures, and change your life in a DYNAMIC way.  Frank states that there is a certain way to go about doing this and it will be covered in his ebook.   This is THE part that I am biting my nails over.

The reason that not many people are responding to this question is because they don't really believe in a Focus 2 (projecting into your subconscious mind), and instead prefer to believe that they are really in the "Astral" talking to Jesus.  Different strokes for different folks I guess.

I have been to Focus 2, but have not done any change work.

Looks like great minds think alike :D

i used to buy into all of the mystical chaw...but when i read what Frank really had to say, it totally spun me around and made me realize that he was right....f2 is all i have been able to enter so far but i really think this is where everyone should be studying.
Its funny i used to think my own mind was another dimension....it now seems preposterous.
yea Hans "different strokes for different folks" you are right my friend

Quo Animo

yea... this is easier for me becuase i used to buy into all the oh.... you will meet up with negative entities so protect yourself or all this mystic stuff but i heard about Frank's theory and he said 'whatever you think it will be it will be'.... that is so true to me because most people that expect to meet negs on forums end up porjecting and saying... 'i saw a dark figure and got sucked back to my body'... this seemed easier to me instead of the other stuff... don't they think about how what you will happens when you are in the astral?... less fear because you are just increasing consciousness... i'm gonna stick with this...

Tom can you contribute your views on the topic? i've read some of your posts and i think you owuld have an idea of how to do it.

I don't know if this is any part of your thought, but I figured it'd be a good idea to point this out.

When I started with hypnosis, there was a lot of talk about "Communicating with your subconcious self" in which it would give the idea you could talk to yourself. Talking to yourself is a sign of insecurity.

There was these concepts of visualising a man who apparently knows more about you and the universe than you do, and you could ask him any question about yourself and he could answer. This is not quite what phasing suggests.

When we say, "Communicating with your subcontious self," it can more be related to remembering surpressed memories than awakening a otherwised sealed away guru. The idea is that as you make your progression through your mental state, you will be given fractures of answers to questions you knew the answer to but never put together before. Then when you connect the dots everything comes together in an explosive epiphany of "Oh, NOW it makes sense to me!"

In conclusion, there is no little guru man sitting in your brain monitoring your every move and thought. It's just when you take a walk in your own mind, you're bound to pick up pieces of stuff you didn't even know you knew about yourself.
As it as written, now and forever shall be. In the name of the Stevo, amen.

That's an excellent observation and I couldn't agree with you more my friend.
