Unusual Hands on my Spine

Here is my journal entry:

I wake up in darkness realizing that I am in the process of being out of body. I cannot move so I believe I am in the transitional stage. Suddenly I feel hands grab me from underneath my bed (through the mattress). The hands start cracking the bottom of my spine greatly. It hurts badly, but for some reason I feel the hands are helping me. I release tension and let the cracking continue as if a chiropractor was working on me, however, I am still a bit scared. As it continues I start panicking. Finally, I am able to move and so I leave the bed and walk to the entrance door of my RV. My mom is outside the entrance, and I tell her what happened. I tell her to see for herself. Unaware at this time, I believe I was in a semi-dream state whereas my mom was provided for a symbol of comfort, because I was scared. She lies down on my bed. The hands begin poking her on the back. I wonder why they're not cracking her back like they were doing to me. After some thought, I tell Mom that perhaps the hands are opening up tiny blocked chakra points with stimulation. I don't remember any more of this astral/dream experience, but when I woke up maybe an hour or so later by my alarm clock I remembered it. Because of the extreme lucidity, I even checked my spine when I woke up, but it's still the same, slightly crooked, as it has been for a long time.

I have questions more than any answers for myself. I would appreciate any feedback on who or what the entity might be, what was happening, and why was it happening?

On another note, I have had a few out of body experiences, most of them intentionally, however, this one was not intentional. So I feel something important was trying to be revealed, or was it an accident that I was conscious? A lot of hard questions I'm guessing, but I would enjoy ANY feedback and thank you!

I don't know how to start experiencing OBEs, I have been trying pls can somebody help me out there? I have read some parts of Our Ultimate reality sent to me in bits by Adrian Cooper, I really want to have an experience and then from there go on. Can I have an OBE alone without somebody helping me like a guide, somebody told me that I could get scared, I just experienced a short sensation when I registered into this forum, it feels like vibration and it was like I was loosing control then I shook my body and I lost it.

because you were semi-dreaming, maybe the hands cracking your spine is wish-fulfillment on the part of your subconscious? (due to what you said about your spine being crooked). wanting your spine to be straight so you had a dream that it was being fixed

I experience guides working with my energy on a regular basis. I've also felt what felt like hands. The effects are positive.

Recently I've had something growing on my left temple. One night while my energy was being worked on, I pointed to my temple and mentally let the guide know that something might be wrong there. Immediately the energy started working on my temple, and did so for a couple of minutes. The growth is going away.

Ever since I started having intentional OBE's while wide awake, I have been in contact with my spiritual guides.  I used to go to the Chiropractor, but I cannot afford to go any longer.  So, I asked my guide to help me or to have some spiritual healers from the spiritual realm to help me.  I was wide awake when it happened.  What I experienced felt great and was amazing.  I was lying on my stomach, and I felt an energy force lift up my Torso and also push on my spine.  I also felt pushing on my tailbone.  It did not hurt at all.  It felt very therapeutic.  It was not invasive.  I also felt an energy force move from the top to the bottom of my Spine.  It felt as if a laser were moving down my spine, but it did not burn me, although I could feel that the energy was very concentrated and possibly light energy of some sort.  I then asked for them to help me straighten my neck, as I have whiplash, and my neck goes crooked to the left side.  I felt an energy force push down on my head and also lengthen my neck bone and straighten it to the right side.  I also felt them working on my jaw.  Whenever my Spine, Neck, or Jaw feel out of place, I ask my spiritual guide to go get the healers to help me.  It usually takes about an hour for them to do it all.  Sometimes I request help as I drift off to sleep so that they can work on me while I sleep, as it's hard to sit still for an hour while awake.
