Yes, I agree it would be best if Frank could respond.

My opinion is that it would be lovely if Frank would finish his book, but that is up to Frank.  Whenever I am in contact with Frank, I will encourage him to finish the book.  

I suspect that he has been delayed by health problems and the book will probably be released next year - this is my opinion and my hope!
