Free N.E.W

I wanna get a free N.E.W guide because i wanna start energy exercises and i heard that N.E.W is a great way to start. Anyone?

EDIT: I also wanna learn all energy flow control like chakra, qi/chi/ki etc... , can someone tell me which kinds are there. I'm new to this but i know it exists and i am starting to meditate too.

not there yest, tho i had a few 'shaman controlled journies"

but ive been lately getting these extreme vidid images just after ive aweken from a dream, i lay there thinking my dreams over pause and then whoosh an i see an image, place or thing as it was freakin real
