I'm posting some of what I've posted to dark chakra in the PM's we've been exchanging as I feel it would be helpful to all watching this thread. I've left his personal questions out of it though for privacy.

I'm going to post some of this in the thread as it might be helpful to others. I'll leave your personal questions out of it.

When working on this process, don't think of days. Time is only a human thing. If you associate time with it and "when is it going to work" it's not going to work. Just do it till it's done, know that it's coming and that's it. Also try to act as if it already is. What you are doing is wiring new neural nets in your brain. You have to forget what you know and become a nobody. If you do this with your current mind and core beliefs and subconscious, you will tell yourself it's not going to work.

Our subconscious is wired to think that anything out of the norm is not possible, so we often defeat ourselves before we even start. This is societal conditioning. This is why I don't share any of my outrageous dreams with anybody.

The first thing is to make yourself realize it's coming. Forget about time. Disassociate yourself from time and what you thought you knew. If you can be at peace knowing it's coming and not harbor any feelings of the outcome or "what if it doesn't happen" this is the first step.

The second step is practicing who you want to be. Sit down and ask yourself "who do I want to be?"

"I want to be a martial artist?"

Well how does a martial artist act. Walk the streets, dreaming and imagining what it would feel like to be a 3rd degree black belt. How would it feel. You see a group of guys. You know if they started with you, you could wipe them out in 30 seconds. How would you walk? How would you think? This will get very old very quick. Do you really want it is the question? Most people wont go beyond their own fatigue and let go of their dreams. Forget about time. There is no time. Take away the clock and what do you have? Sun goes up it's day, sun goes down it's night.

It's a hard concept to conceptualize when your doing the opposite in life than what your dream is. Like me. I'm practicing disassociating myself with time. I want to master time to the point where it doesn't matter to me, to the point where I'm not conscious of time. I don't want to work. I tell myself daily I don't work, but here I am driving to a job daily. How well do you think the subconscious handles that? "I don't work" "Oh yes you do, we're driving there now aren't we a****le?"

I spend long moments in meditation thinking about what it would feel like to not work. Not that I want to be a bum. I don't want to work as a mindless Oracle Database Administrator in the corporate world of android-ism. So I spend long moments instead of driving myself crazy about what I don't want, with what I do want. I imagine myself, financially stable somehow, being able to do what I love to do, which is teach people that their thoughts do matter, that they can change, and they can break the repetitive cycle of bull crap that keeps happening in their life. This is what I want, so I act as if it already is. I meditate and visualize. Visualizations don't work though without applied intent and feeling as if it already is. Affirmations the same. What good is reading a word over and over. I'm brainwashing myself into thinking I don't work. When I become this idea, reality will support me. I know this. So how do I get by the fact that I go to work daily? I tell myself this "I'm helping out this company till they get running properly and then I'm done"

You've got to trick your brain. It will fight you tooth and nail. Who's going to win? The mind? Or the body? I'll tell you who wins daily in society. The body. If the minds intent is to lose weight? Why are we so fat? Ask yourself, are you body/mind? Or mind/body?

The subconscious is a devious thing. It's designed to protect you. What's safe is what it wants. Familiarity is key to it's role, to help you survive. Anything unfamiliar is threatening. So when your doing one thing and telling yourself something else, the voices arise. They are not you. You are your mind. Your intent for change comes from the mind (soul, higher self, whatever)

The voices are your body. Your neural nets in your brain. Your personality. It's not you. It's associative memory. To conceptualize yourself as something other than what you are now, you have to re engineer yourself. You have to become a nobody in order for you to re-emerge as something greater. This is no easy feat. Why? Because we want instant results. We are the result of our accumulative experience, our associative memory. It is not you. It's organic. You are an energy being and your ideas and dreams come from a higher place. Are you going to let your body interfere with your dreams?

If it's not working, it's not important enough to you. This requires long thoughts where you lose track of time and space. When you are in a daze, like when you are in your car and you drive by the exit you wanted. That's the state of mind you must be in to contemplate these outrageous ideas. If you do it enough, what happens is the old neural nets which form programs in the subconscious get weak and your new concept builds new ones. Remember, it took years to become who you are. However it's important not to think about that. ONLY THAT IT IS, ONLY THAT IT'S YOURS. When you do this enough, you build a new program. When you do it enough, YOU ARE IT. Nothing exterior matters. You are hard wired. Your dream is you.

Now something interesting happens. Things will start to happen in your life out of nowhere to support who you are now. I've seen it, I've done this with smaller things.

Start small. You first rode a tricycle before a bike right? If you never rode a tricycle before, chances are you'd not have the faith to hop on a bmx bike and pedal away, then a mountain bike. Be a scientist in your own life. Sick of the same old thing? Well who do you want to be, what do you want. Ask yourself, again and again. What you find you want one day is not what you want the next day. That's OK. This is your higher self communicating with you. Any other questions, feel free to ask. It's important though. I'll say it again. FORGET ABOUT TIME. If you think in terms of "how many days will this take?" YOU FAIL.

Dark Chakra asked me in a private message how to keep his thoughts on track. He was concerned about his age. Now I apologize if I am overstepping the bounds here, but I feel this information would be helpful to others Dark Chakra.

He was concerned about his level of intellect for his age and how to keep his thoughts on track.

Your level of intellect is what you think it is. Age is just a number. Perhaps you don't have the wisdom of older people. But, what is wisdom? Wisdom is when something is experienced as your truth. You can tell a million people that smoking is bad for them. However they will never listen, until it becomes their truth.

Life is about experiencing. Wisdom comes from realizing your mistakes. You could tell a million people as well that putting their hand on a hot stove will hurt. However they will never listen. Perhaps this is your truth as you have gained wisdom from the experience of burning yourself once. Stove=hot. However you can try to ram this truth down someone Else's throat, but they will never listen. Why? Because it is your truth, not theirs. When they experience what you had, it will become their truth and they will have gained wisdom from the experience.

Keeping your thoughts on track. This is a tough process as the subconscious is always fighting you tooth and nail. It knows or thinks it knows reality. When you try to insert a new idea that it is otherwise not ready to deal with or outside the boundaries of convention, it's uncomfortable for your brain. I'm speaking in terms of the physical organic brain, which in my opinion is a tool to experience this dimension. Your programs are stored there. The guy who drinks too much, the egotistical CEO. The smoker, etc....  This is nothing but the accumulation of experiences and your reactions to experiences. I believe memories are stored here in the physical brain. However I believe that knowledge, truth and wisdom are held in a higher place.

Realize this. When you want to change something. When you feel that buzz in your body when you think about something outrageous that is not part of your current reality. That's your soul, speaking through your body. You can feel it. You know that feeling. The soul is pure, from God or all that is if you will. It knows none of the bad feelings your feeling and those are just a result of the programs which exist inside your physical brain in what we have termed the subconscious.

A lot of this is repetitive, and I apologize. It's often the different wording that will give you that "Ah, I get it" so I will reiterate in perhaps easier to understand terminology.

That buzz feeling you feel. That's when you know you are on the right track. When I think about money, I get a little of that feeling, but I know it is not pure. When I think of helping people help themselves how to think and not become a victim of what I call the matrix "societies illusion of happiness", that's when my real "soul buzz" (if you will) occurs. This is how I know that this is what I am supposed to do.

I feel it. I feel the passion and love and happiness that comes along with trying to help people that are stuck in the endless feedback loop of "doing and feeling" to keep themselves in check to get a response from the body to know that we're alive. It's a program, a repetitive feedback loop. It's like the victim, such as the battered woman. Why does she keep picking and attracting the same scenarios, one boyfriend, lover, husband to the next?

It's her programming. Her body is addicted to the chemicals that get released from the brain when the chaos, beatings, whatever ensue. Coupled with the fact that there is a program running such as "I am worthless, etc" this sets up an interesting pattern of repetition. The subconscious consists of the program "victim" "I am worthless" and is married to the chemicals that get released from the body that attach to the receptor sites on the cells.

Since this program is embedded in the subconscious, she goes about her days unconsciously picking scenarios that seem to come out of nowhere to support what she is "victim" "I am worthless" However what never occurs is the question to her "why do I keep attracting the same thing over and over"

This is where the observer comes into play. Most people aren't even aware they have this wonderful thing available to them. I'll explain it as simple as I can. Think of the word "dog". Now, step outside yourself and think of yourself thinking of the word dog. Are you conscious of your thoughts and what you are thinking of this moment. Thinking is the first part. Observing what you are thinking is the second part. I believe the thinking is the organic brain and the observation part comes from a higher place.

The observer is a wonderful tool for change. Why? Because the program you are trying to change exists within the subconscious. How can you solve a problem in the same context from where the problem originated? You can't. This is why observation is crucial and this is how you "keep on track", if you will, Dark Chakra. Watch your thoughts. What are you thinking. Are you conscious right now and observing your thoughts? Are they conducive to your goal "martial artist"? If not, you have to change what you are thinking.

I've done this with my anger program. My whole fathers family has rage problems. I believe it is 1/2 genetics, 1/2 environmental (his father did it and my father did it, etc)

I'd notice that I would flip out at the drop of a hat. Anything could set me off. When I was younger I broke a lot of stuff. Guitars, paintings I did, etc. What was interesting is that after the program stopped, I said to myself "what the hell just happened?" I would cry and feel ashamement on a level unparalleled by anyone. However the program would run over and over, for years. Unconsciously I was running this anger program. It wasn't till I was 33, a couple years ago that I realized that I had to break this cycle of repetitive bull excrement. This is when I became an observer. A scientist in my own life. Seeing how I could get rid of this program. Observation was the key. Watching my thoughts and carefully being conscious of every thought and assessing whether it was conducive to my goal of ending this program.

If something started to come at me, I could feel that old familiar feeling, which is based in survival "fight or flight" come on real fast. However now, since I was observing it from a non physical place, I could monitor it, and intervene. This took a long time and it consists of days and days of watching yourself, your thoughts. Also realizing that the anger was breaking my body down, I could feel it physically. It is my belief now that every disease is the result of an attitude. Unless of course there is a genetic propensity towards that disease. However, still, I believe that it is our reactions to the environment that cause those genetic propensities to trigger and manifest into physical forms. Now I'm not saying that smoking and drinking and drugs do not contribute to disease. That's common sense. However I believe that the attitudes associated with those activities, such as sorrow, guilt, etc are far more noxious to the body than the activity itself.

So the observer is key to watching how you are thinking and staying on track if you will. There is so much information available on this I have to share. It just pours out of me so naturally. This is how I know this is what I want to do. Help people. It's the only thing in life I find joy with. However, most people are so stuck in their way of thinking that they are not ready to accept this information. It's bull excrement, or wont work, etc..

However, if you want to change and your trying and trying and the same things are happening over and over in your life, perhaps it's time to forget what you think you know. If what you know is not helping you, you must obtain new knowledge, take that new knowledge and apply it to specific disciplines and applicable exercises in your own life, so you can see actual results and have faith in your ability to change, create, love and be something totally outrageous, beyond your current beliefs. It's possible, however not if your using convention. Because with convention, you get conventional results, often which results in repetition of the very thing you are tying to change or overcome. I hope this makes sense to anyone watching this thread. This is very difficult stuff to digest and takes a lot of will power and intent to be able to use it.
