hey,

ever since i started making psi balls (working with energy) what ever you want to call it i keep feeling energy in my hands (i feel energy as weight) is this normal?

Residual energy may be sticking around.  Try the old Wiccan trick of "grounding" the energy out by either putting your hands on the ground outside, or by holding a piece of iron or similar metal in your hands for a while.  Other than that, to answer your question, yes, this is normal.
