essential oils / aromatherapy use for dreams?

does anyone use essential oils for dreams?
myself I like frankincense/lemon e.o. in almond carrier oil
and 5% jasmine  e.o. in coconut carrier oil
and lavender e.o. in almond oil.

I'd go with you on the Frankincense.

I don't know how much Lavender helps with my dreams, but it can certainly help me sleep, especially with a few drops of Clary Sage.

I place mugwort under my pillow to induce lucid dreams and astral projection..I use the dried herb..
also I use a moonstone to help aide me in my dream awareness..and it helps, however it is the intent of my will that helps most..lol
