Hi all. This weird thing has been happening to me lately. Sometimes, if i go into a daze, I see like people who look ethral in appereance. I dont know if this is a memory or something, but sometimes I can see more than one person doing various things. Its not scray, its just weird. This happen to anyone else?

You said you see people who look etheral in appereance. I asked if these people are seen with your physical eye (so possibly external and potentially connected somehow to the physical places you see them) or the mind's eye (so internal and possibly a daydream, or some astral phenomenon). You don't make it clear which, so I asked for clarification.

ooo now i get it my bad. Well when i do get these things, i sometimes see them with my physical eyes. most of the time, i see them when im trying to AP or go to sleep through my closed eyes.

Yeah I've been seeing strange images before going to sleep and in trance ever since I started this. It's scaring me and it's really becoming a problem... oh yeah, sounds too.

This sounds like hypnogogic imagary. It happens on the border of sleep (or on the border of where your mind classes as sleep). Its just like your mind starting to dream, but you're not fully alseep yet.
It's nothing to worry about

Yeah I figured that's what it was.. but seeing demons and aliens and stuff isn't comforting even if it's just random imagery.

I agree. The fact you are seeing these things suggests fears either realating to what you are doing, or other repressed fears which are surfacing during these times of deep relaxation.
