Winter Solstice

I've been meditating for a year now and have had some odd experiences and some lucid dreams.

I've always had dreams some prophetic others just strange.

anyway over the last two weeks its been coming up to the winter solstice which took place on the 22nd(in ireland and britian its a big deal) I've been having very strange dreams, stuff that doesn't make alot of sense.. although lasts nights dream was more straighforward, i was helping this family get in contact with their dead grandmother, I could see her and talk to her and she came in through the front door like a normal person I remember joking with her aswell.

Is anyone else having more dreams than usual over the last two weeks?
Is it been caused by the winter solstice do you think?

That's weird. I've lived in Ireland for two years now and the winter solstice was just like any other day. Did I miss a parade or something?

well..it is like any other day.. its not  a major day

my odd dreams still havent stopped and i cant sleep

I have had more nightmares than usual,
and 1 "waking dream" or "illusion" (will make a post about it later).

Not sure it has to do with winter solstice,
I blame my overheated room for the nightmares.
(I get nightmares easier if its too hot in the room,
or when I'm sleeping on my back).

Dont have an explanation for the waking dream thing,
though. That rarely happens to me.

I did notice a big increase in my energy around and on winter solstice. And I had more lucid dreams and OBEs than normal.
Don't know if it is because of the winter solstice though.
