Finding my guide in the Astral...

Hello Everybody

I Am new here, But have been Astral projecting since the age 19.
My problem is that i cant seem to find my Guide. Every time I'm in the Astral i walk and fly around trying SO hard to find my higerself or guide, But with no luck. Its strange, I meet alot of people in the Astral, But they
never seem to know anything about guides or me ? They just go about there business. These people don't seem to have a clue too what I'm asking them
So after 10yrs of Astral projecting i find myself Stuck

Any ideas and or advise on this matter will be greatly appreciated as i really don't understand why its so difficult for me to locate my guide/higerself.

I'm no expert, and I'm sure others can give you better advice, but I found learning my primary guide's name was the first step. Asking people on the astral won't help (as you said, these people haven't a clue). Do spirits on the astral have spirit guides or have ever had them? I don't know.
Rather than searching outwardly for your spirit guides, try asking your subconscious some questions. You'll be surprised at the results. I ask a question within my mind, and before I've finished saying it, the answer's already there. So, next time you're out just ask yourself the question "What is my guide's name?". Then try politely asking to see him/her, and with luck they'll appear in front of you.

I never did ask myself questions in the Astral, Maybe its that very reason I'm not getting any further and feel stuck ?
And the intresting thing about my experience's through the years i have had with visiting the Astral is that it never seems to get any easier for me to use my mind and demand things such as clarity and moving around.
I have also tried many times demanding! to see my guide, But that never worked either...  :confused: He he

You're trying too hard!  Just let it happen.  I find that when I try to do something too hard it never happens.

The next time you project close your eyes and ask to see your guide.  You dont have to run about willy nilly and ask a bunch of questions.  Just relax and place intent to go to the location of your guide/higherself.  It worked for me back in the day when finding my higher self was a goal of mine.  Havent seen him since but it was a great experience.

Maybe you're not in the right zone to ask.  :question:  I don't know much about this, but my understanding is in some zones you will see things that correspond to the 'real world' closely, or your dreaming mind may populate your area so- what guide?  However, if you want to see your Higher Self, maybe you should try meditating and asking it to show itself to you and then trying to project, or in a dream.

You have been projecting for 10 years? I envy you. Ive tried and tried. I dont think I could project if my life depended on it. Good for you!

Heya mate, dont mean to take you down or anything in that manner, but anyone and EVERYONE can project, maybe you have a mental block. Do you doubt you can project? If so, then you are investing energy in that problem (being that you think you cannot project) and every time you invest energy into the problem, you reinforce the problem, making it even more difficult to project.

We all have a guide dont we? We all have a higher self, we DO, so theres no reason why we cant all project. Those who laugh at the Minority who project are the ones who never succeed. I'm not saying you dont believe in it or anything to that effect, I just believe everyone can project, theres a spiritual side in everyone.

Porkchoppiglet: As a matter of fact I di believe that there is something to it. One time ( about 2 years ago ) something very extraordinary happened to me in regards to projecting. I got very close but did'nt quite make it. Since then, I have had no success at all. Not sure why.
