Hi guys,

I've been a member here for a couple of years but haven't checked back for a while (thanks Adrian for changing the board over and losing my user/pass arrgh).

Anyway, when I was 17 years old, I lived in a place called "Warleigh Manor" which was in a village called Warleigh, in Bath England (Pictured below, room was third top window from the left, the skinny one on the side of the wall).  One night I was going to sleep, but couldn't sleep.  So I layed their as most people probably have, with my hands under the back of my head and elbows pointing to either side.

I closed my eyes waiting to feel the slightest bit tired and all of a sudden somebody grabbed my right arm.  I jumped obviously and looked around me ready to defend myself, but no-one was there.  This was a house (more like a Gothic castle) built in the early 1500's.  I still remember it to this day, and every time I can't sleep and put my hands under my head on my back, I get that "chill" and refrain.  I lived there for over 3 years and slept in every room (42 in all) over the years including the one the experience happened in many times.  Anyone else had these types of experiences?

Yes, that is a very nice house.  I would LOVE to live in a place like that.

As far as your experience, there is no doubt that as your focus and awareness shift into a higher vibratory state, you will experience all sorts of strange things: voices, touching, and of course, a projection of consciousness.

The key is getting over the FEAR and trusting that you will be protected in this environment.
Keep smiling,

Yea i've had one such experience when I was younger. That night I had been mucking around with my brother playin tag and wrestling in the house. I had just gone to bed and was wide awake with my foot hanging over the side of the bed when I felt a hand voilently grab my foot. I pulled my foot up thinking it was my brother and looked under the bed to find nothing. To this day I dont know what happend but the experience was very real.

x3n0ph0bic,

Nice castle.. that would be cool to live in a place like that.. how many toilets are there...:)

Fear is a hard one to swallow and to forge ahead. I've had many experiences that were unpleasant or considered during the time life/death but I've always made it back.

The important thing to consider is this: Everyone here on this board has projected and always made it back alive. Leaving the body and moving into other dimensions with beautiful and scarry scenary is a reality. Its nothing more then interacting in this world - there's that good and bad element.

Either way, we always survive and move on past the bad stuff.

There are dark beings that roams in the lower astral and some times they might want to bother you, it can be scary but they can't really hurt you

As to the subject of fear in those just beginning this art what significance or how important if at all would any of you say is the quality of being not necessarily gentle or soft but someone who is careing of others, patient, kind forgiving...you know all the virtues?  All that as opposed to someone who is selfish and rude, insensitive.
