Waking up in the middle of a conversation

Wow...  seems everyone is obsessed about the fact that the "spirit" was blue. The main point that I was tryin to make is that I was sitting up, eyes open, talking to someone that wasn't there, but I was in a dream state. Everything around me was normal except for the person there talking to me. I would then become fully conscious, still sitting in that same position, and they would disappear and I wouldnt remember what we were talking about.
Also the incident when I was a kid actually running down the hall, fully conscious seeing letters coming out of my bedroom door... what was with that!!??

Well, Im just going to say 1 last time that it was more than likely a dream and you were sitting up because you were "sleep walking"
The fact you wouldnt remember what it was about would allso support that...
