I looked around last night to see if anyone else had already posted this question, but I'm sorry if it was already answered.
I have recently took up body building to help deal with some self-esteem issues I've had within the past month, its been helping greatly.
Enough about me,

I was wondering if NEW could be used to help one make physical workouts more effective, or give me more energy? If anyone knows of this, I will be greatly indebted to you.

Thanks in advance for any responses.

Sean.
Hm?

Well I don't now about NEW but any energy work gives you more energy. Eg. I noticed that when I went to practice one day(was quite out of shape) I had enough energy and could recuperate much faster then I anticipated. It felt like I was in shape when there was no physical reason to be in
Hope this helps

That is pretty dang cool, I wonder if there are any other methods to advance body muscle? I'll take a look around, Thanks for the feedback so far!
Hm?

As far as muscle building goes, I don't believe NEW would help growth. At an advanced stage, I am sure NEW could help restore fatigued muscle, but actually building it!? That would require physical manipulation to rearrange/expand muscle fibers. Seems far fetched to me since manipulation of the physical world through energy is nearly impossible.

Yeah, visualization is a great method. I realized that when I am into my workout and actually concentrating on every single rep, my muscles feel ripped by the time I am done.

During workout imagine how your muscles are getting bigger and stronger and keep your mind concentrated on the movements.

I'm doing only bodyweight exercises like squats, push ups, bridge and many others. I have learned the exercises from Matt Furey material. They are great. Today i have done 200 hindu squats and about 80 push ups and some other stuff. After the workout i do some energy work as imaging white light going through my muscles and relaxing them. I also do some EFT and my muscles arent soar.

Well after a few months of constant strength training, your muscles shouldn't be getting sore (unless you are doing something wrong). The soreness usually only occurs when one first starts doing strength training or if they start a new excercise that taxes different muscles. Otherwise, after a good work out, your muscles should feel tired but not in pain. I haven't had a sore muscle in ages.

Awesome thanks for the feedback and the confirmation that NEW isn't all that effective.
I'll do visualization.

Thanks again,
Sean.

Going to a gym will also give you more muscles

Damn I havent visited this forum and I see I missed out on a lot. But I just cant keep off of this topic.

I've had this theory for months.

the theory is: If cells regenerate and grow the same way, and if energy work can heal faster then it can help build it faster too.
Now this si where it gets too supernatural but this is what these forums are all about so bear with me; If you can practice to heal very hard for a long time and improve tramendously, then after you workout, you can use it to heal and grow the muscle in a few hours and then do the same sets again, if you do this over and over for a day, you can replace days of work in 1 day. I'm a crazy genius.

Nah your just crazy.

EFT means emotional freedom technique. www.emofree.com
It can be used for many cases. I use it to get over fatigue fast and to improve the quantity of squats and push ups. I dont know how much does EFT contribute to the workout as i used it only a couple of times. I'll be doing  workout with EFT and without to see if there will be any differences and then i will tell you how it went.
