Overkill on the question marks eh kiddo.

Generally, it really depends on you.  Robert recommends 3 months before moving on.  The Full Body Circuit generally helps develop each individual chakra....as for focusing and developing outside of that well...some people wait years before even touching them.  The more you build your secondary systems the more energy will be directed torwards the primaries.  Just remember it's never a bad idea to take it slow...use your own discretion.

Greetings,

Have you read the NEW tutorial or Astral Dynamics?  If you have AD you'll find this info on p172.  Personally I waited a little longer than he said because I didn't feel that my body had adjusted yet.  It is important for you to find the level of energy activity that feels most comfortable.  If it starts feeling uncomfortable, immediatly stop focusing on that area and move on to the next.  If it get's too uncomfortable, stop all mental relaxation and concentration and GROUND yourself (feet flat on the floor).  There are other techniques to help reduce stimulation in the NEW tutorial on this site.

I liken my energy centers as engines of a sort.  An engine takes fuel and turns it into ENERGY.  All the time these engines are running, but they idle so smooth that we can't even tell if they are running.  When I give it some gas (stimulate with awareness) it accelerates.  They transform one energy into another for a more specific purpose (i.e. driving a car or driving your energy body).  The engine pushes out more and more energy until it reaches it's maximum output, but if you hold the engine at its red line for too long the engine breaks down. You have to break your primaries in like a new engine.  You have to drive it easy but not too easy, don't baby it but don't push it.  This is how you should treat your primary centers, with respect.  Don't peel out just because it makes you feel cool .  This damages the engine .   Of course primaries are nowhere near as simple as a car engine but I think it draws a fair parallel.

Remember as you travel through life no matter what your goal, keep your eye upon the donut and not upon the hole .

I actually think that is an excellent analogy that relates the basics in a simplistic fashion.  Umm...good job!! *grin*
