When having sleep paralysis: Do you look around with PHYSICAL body EXES or astral(etheric) body eyes?

thanks
sorry for my bad english

Since your physical eyelids are closed, I would say astral (or etheric, or dreaming, or whatever you call it)

I can assure you, if I spoke Croatian, it would be much worse than your english.

How do you know that physical eyes are closed?

I think they are, but how do you know for sure'?

I think closing your eyes while falling asleep is a reflex :p

I remember when it happened to me, I couldn't see... But I didn't know what it was, so I didn't get the chance to try anything.

I remember seeing darkness... That's all...

It's one of the best moments to try leaving your body or remote viewing, by the way.

I read this "opinion" at wikipedia en/wikipedia: try search "sleep paralysis" as keyword!!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_paralysis

There it stays: People who are fortunate enough to be facing a clock while having an episode may often be surprised to see how little time has gone by during an episode that seems to last a very long time.

I was facing clock once but THERE WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT time on it !!!!???

it was 8 in the morning, and on the clock was about 22:00...
Mybe theric realm is not in "our" time maybe that is different time-continuum(dimension)
