Do Either Of These Experiences Relate Whatsoever?

Hey, a friend told me about Astral Projection, OBE's, Metaphysics, and gave me this site.
I read some of what the site says, and am thinking of reading it all and buying the book.
Reading your experiences is interesting as well.

I was thinking of anything that has happened to me that could relate to this, and I remembered a few...
Tell me if these relate at all please.
Sorry, I really don't know my Astral Vocab yet.

1) My sister, her friend and I were out in a field, laying down, talking.
We were talking to her friend, and I swear she was there, then we heard her yelling to us from the house pretty far away.
We turned, saw her, then turned back and she was gone. (Not laying down).
This isn't astral projection or anything, but something slightly similar I think, a form of her was left behind.

Another time, the three of us were chasing eachother in the house.
I looked in the mirror, saw her friend turn the corner.
I went over there, she was gone.
Suddenly, the toilet flushed and she walked out of the bathroom.
Same as before, related but hardly.

2) I woke up, and went down stairs, and my dad, sister and stepmom were like..
"What the...? We just saw you come down the stairs 10 minutes ago."
Apparently my dad said, "Mitch, don't go on the computer."But "I" did anyway.
All 3 of them saw me.
But I was sleeping in my room.
Although in a weird state.. I was sort of sleeping, but sort of awake.. it's hazy, and hard to remember, but I think I was thinking of going downstairs, onto the computer.
So I guess, somehow, another form of me came out of my body and went downstairs? Weird.

Usually with anything about religion, or the supernatural I need to have actual proof that happened to me before believing it.
These 2 things are the closest to proof of any religious or supernatural things, so I'm going for it.

So.. yeah.. do these relate, at all?
Obviously none of them have someone who knows anything about Astral Physics making themselves do this, but I think it slightly relates, so I'm checking for sure by posting this.
Like I said, I need some sort of proof before looking further into this.

i think that relates. i heard of some people who are seen just like normal while they are projecting. on the other hand your friend wasnt projecting but doing normal things. i heard of such doubling also but never got into the details. that sounds interesting and is very rare i think...

btw yogi in the mountains of tibet or nepal are said to be able to do this also (but hey are yogi, they can do just about everything )
