Well I was getting a bit drowzey today about the middle of the day so I decided to take a nap and when I was about to fall asleep I felt the vibration state and willed myself out of my body (I've found that it's getting a lot easyer each time) Anyway as almost every other time I was blind and things were not very clear, but being used to this I demanded clarity and light and I was instantly blessed with both. Actually it was the clearest I have ever seen in the Astral and that made me pretty happy

So somehow when I was able to see I was floating in the middle room of my house except things looked a little out of place, now I know that Astral space can warp so that didn't alarm me and I went through a door that isn't actually in my house (It was on the roof) And came out in the middle of what looked like a crowded resturant.

I dart around from person to person because Im just curious, A few people I actually passed through just to see what would happen but nothing did.
Well I looked a lady right in the eyes as I was about to put my head into her's and she said my name out loud and looked shocked as though she were looking right at me. I just floated there stareing at her and she kept stareing right back before I slipped back into myself seemlessly and woke up.

Was she just a figment that my mind projected into the Astral? Or was she a real person that could really see me and apparently knew me?
When I wake up I hope to awaken the final time from a dream less like a dream to a dream more akin to a dream.

This is difficult to know. I've had experiences where others don't react to me (RTZ), but later I meet some people who do (perhaps I've moved into an astral locale by that point).
In other experiences I've seemed to be able to communicate with 'awake' people, they don't see me, or don't seem aware of me (their eyes looked glazed), yet I seem to be speaking to their mind (their lips don't move but I hear their voice).
I guess in instances like this, record it, and keep an open mind . The woman perhaps was a physical woman who became aware of you, or perhaps her mind did and you interpreted it as she looked at you in recognition, or perhaps she was an astral entity/construct.

Has this happend to anyone else? How should I go about finding out what happend? I'd hate to think I gave a real woman such a terrible fright when she saw me there.

Most people look glazed in the astral. The problem is that they are asleep and don't know it. They are unaware. The regular thoughts that we have in the day have a much more 'tangible' manifestation in the astral. That's where the dream scenarios occur (the effect of mental activity in the astral).

Many people have rightly said that dreams are a direct reflection of one's psyche. The illusions, changing scenes, etc. which occur in the astral are a more visible manifestation of the thoughts that one has in the day (although they are not the real astral environment)...

It could have been someone with keen senses, or a ghost who was blending in with the crowd.  I think Jingo covered all the possibilities.

What's interesting is that you had an astral door over your house, as though someone led you to the restaurant, or possibly someone had been regularly using that door to go back and forth between the two places.  If this woman was a ghost, she may have hung out around your house regularly and sometimes went to the restaurant through the door, now acting surprised to see you as a spirit.

Just wild speculation on my part.
