Hi I've been looking on the interweb trying to find out what the term 'mastery of time and space' means but with no joy.
I've seen the term a few times in books, can someone explain it to me?

so it would just be mastery of astral projection really I suppose when the phrase was coined knowledge of such things maybe wasn't so common

The book was about the history of psychic and magikal techniques being used in warfare and the context was that the ninja's spiritual training gave them mastery over time and space. Actually I re-read the chapter and I think it might refer to attaining a load of different siddhis, although the author seemed to take this with a pinch of salt. He also likened the training to 'gesture magic'. Are the attainment of siddhis really taken seriously these days, a lot of it seems pretty far-fetched...

Well, there are legends of ninjas being able to teleport themselves, fly and some other fantastic feats. I don't know how much of that are just stories or maybe people had such powers back in a time...
