hi I'm new to this, I'm extremely interested in having an OBE. I'm not an extremely religious person or anything but i do believe in this. i have meditated and i have been reading alot about this but i am still extremely lost. i know that i wont be having them right away but i am prepared to make the journey to that point. i am asking your help for guidance on this subject, where i should start what shall i do. anything will help me.
