I was dreaming and suddenly understood it

A few minutes ago, I was asleep in my bed (I'm in my summer house)
I was dreaming unconsciously. I was in my winter house (actually I no longer live there, we moved to another winter house a few months ago), I walked to the room of my computer. My computer wasn't there as it should be here in my summer house, but I noticed something. My keyboard receiver was there, and it is actually in my summer house here. I Suddenly logically thought that it can't be there, and I gained my consciousness. I was lucid dreaming. I started to know it was a dream, just like I'm awake. I actually felt awake then. I was looking (leaning on) the table and I started rising. I couldn't remember how I should get to astral and I just wished to be with someone I love. In a few seconds (I mean not suddenly) everywhere went white, like it's shining, but of course, not disturbing my eyes. I was, like physically, feeling some pressure at my chest, and I decided to go back to my body as only thing I was seeing was a white brightness. I wished to go back to my body and suddenly I was in my bed, eyes open. I couldn't move (wake up paralysis) but my eyes were open (I'm not really sure if my eyes were physically open, but I was clearly seeing my room, the door etc. from my eyes' perspective.

I did what I did when I had that paralysis. I just let myself relaxed for a second and my eyes closed (or that vision went away), I tried to wake up with full power and that worked, I woke up from my bed normally.

So,
Was I close?
Any suggestions?

I had induced paralysis this morning and would have projected had I not heard some freaky noises that made me back out, but yeah with the vision, I have the same thing.

I'm pretty sure you open your eyes for a split second, because I also have visions where I see my room exactly as it, on and off, and I actually had comparison this morning because during SP, I was trying to get Astral vision to make sure nothing freaky was standing in my room waiting to freak me out... So I saw my room as it was, all bright and sunny, and then all went black, and I slowly began to see into the Astral, the door and ceiling were slightly further away, it was angled slightly off, and there was a red/blue tint to everything but it was still very dark as I barely was seeing anything anyway.

When you are SP, the only left to do is to separate.

Everytime I sleep I have the ability to AP, especially while I'm on vacation with a lot of free time on my hands.
However....what in the world are those freaky sounds that come along with the vibrations. Sometimes I hear them and sometimes I don't but when I do I definitely decide not to AP. The last one I heard sounded like a really angry man. Anyways...much love to all.

blade,
what exactly should I do to seperate at that point? I sometimes have SPs once a twice a month (sometimes much more, don't know why).
I don't hear ANY sounds neither in LP nor SP nor anything related to astral, is that normal?
what was that thing this morning? was it just a really lucid dream or a very powerless level of astral? or anything else?

Once I'm in SP I just "roll-out". Just tell yourself in SP that you are now attached to your Astral body and try to almost roll (don't physically roll) or start spinning in circles where you are laying and that should detach you.

I find that alot easier than floating out (which takes to much focus in my opinion)

If you get vibrations you can try and increase them to the point where you'll just end up popping out, but I don't prefer that because they get really intense.

Thanks, one little question:
is it normal to feel something like pressure in my chest (or heart, don't really remember) just like it's physical?

I don't know that you can call anything 'normal' but it happens to a lot of people. (Me included). I associate it with heart chakra involvement.

If you don't mind me giving some advice, DONT TRY TO SHAKE OFF SLEEP PARALYSIS!!  It's your best friend!!!  I have had the majority of my projecions from the sleep paralysis state.  Projecting from it is so ridiculously simple.  All you do is think about wanting to project, concentrate on it, and visualise yourself rising up from your body.  You'll project in twenty seconds, I guarantee it!

summer house and winter house? what are you rich? haha just kidding ......anyway i always thought sleep paralysis was bad ive always felt evil entities around me when im in that state and think they might do something to me if i projected while feeling them around me, i dont know for sure tho ...........
