I've been having an increasing number of LD's in the mornings, but it's kind of different in the way they come about. While dreaming, I'm suddenly aware of my physical body in bed, but the dream dosen't stop. At this moment I know it's a dream and know I'm about to wake up soon, but am able to continue on for a little while. It almost feels like a simulation or a video game, as though I'm in bed with a controller, the dream being a game. It's like a dual-consciousness. It's becoming a common thing in all of my experiences. I rarely read of other people experiencing this though.

Anybody else?

Yeah I get that too.... read my new post about activly staying in a dream, its similar.

What you have to try is to accept the dream as quickly as you can or so... force yourself to stop thinking that its a dream and that you will wake up. Just realise it, then push it aside and think your in a real place. I acctually have no real clue if that works since I am still experimenting with it. All I know is that you have to be really carefull what you think or do in that state since waking up is very very easy.

If you get a lucid dream in your deep sleep you can think all you want about it I think... you won't wake up that easily.
In somnis veritas

this morning i had some very odd dreams.. in the middle of the dream i realised i was dream and said "snap out if mate, you are dreaming" and that would usually turn the dream into a lucid one but i dreamt i woke up and fell back too sleep. i also started questioning my dreams aswell..like there was this kid in a uniform that looked out of place.. very odd and i even said it. I just couldn't snap into  LD..

thought i would share it.. at least its progress

It's not that I can't stay with it. It's just that I'm also aware of my physical body. 90% of my OBE's are like this too. I'm aware of my physical body in the background. It doesn't draw me back or anything, it actually feels quite natural. It's just different.
