I've been attempting OBE's for about a week now. My name is Cole, I'm 15 years old. I hope you enjoy my stay, and I hope I'm not too much of a pest.  :-)

But, I do have a question.  I can get vibrations very easily now. Basically whenever I want, and within 30 minutes of my trying. I'm just not good at actually leaving my body. I've left twice, both due to the rope technique.

People say that the "roll out" technique is much easier. I do not understand how to do this, though. Do I physically try to roll out of my body while I'm in Sleep Paralysis? Or do I "think" that I would like to roll off the bed?

  Thanks in advance, guys.  :-)

Hello and welcome!

Here is a link to a technique that may be much easier for you:

Thanks Kodemaster. I'll try it.  :-)

as for rolling out, simply imagine yourself indeed rolling away from your body.  i start by swinging back and forth to get some momentum and then just roll off my bed.
you create your own reality

Ok, thanks Skeletor. I swing back and forth anyway, it helps with my vibrations.

I was wondering.. When I get vibrations, they start in my legs and quickly move up to my head.. balancing out between all of my body. I feel the vibrations ( a "rumbling" feeling ), and my skin feels very "tingly". ( It is a pleasurable sensation  :-P. )

Also, I'm sure everyone has done this before. When you look at your third eye, and "concentrate on nothing" ( I know that is vague, but their is no other way to explain it.. ), you also get these sensations, without the vibrations..

Are they related at all?

Kodemaster

Hello,

Yes, those are typical trance sensations.

Cheers,
