Happy Halloween! ..Does it mean anything?

It's not the actual holiday yet, but the feeling of Halloween is very strong all through October. 



Anyway, does Halloween have anything to do with the Astral?

  It was created as a Pagan holiday, a day where supernatural things happen much more often than usual.. What do you think?

I love Halloween as do my kids.  I've already put up most of the decorations!  I'm making a big crypt this year out of styrofoam to add to the graveyard.  Good fun.

i always liked halloween. although its not as fun as when i was a kid. One reason is usually alot of channels dont show scary films anymore.. wtf is that about.

LOL!   I just watched Silent Hill.. phhhffft.  I've played one of the games.   The movie made no sense to me.  I really don't like watching scary stuff anymore, this morning was mearly curiousity.  I don't think I would watch it at night though, the graphics were freaky and I don't need that.

Christmas and Easter aren't Satanic Holidays. I'd like to see your proof behind that...

From what I know the Easter being a satanic holiday is completely baseless but Christmas is very close to the Winter Solstice. Which is, you know, the celebration of the winter solstice, nothing to do with Satan.

Halloween was originally called all hallows eve its a pagan celtic harvest festival similar to the mexican holiday "Dia de la muerte" if you want to know about it go to www.wikipedia.org and type in any variation of the name.

Every year since 1994 we do halloween partys here in my home in a old part of the house. The walls are covered with black blankets, we have monsters (in human size) and funny stuff related to that day. We join a group of friends (around 20 but at 1am we will have about 30) with ages between 20-30 more or less and we start eating at 8 pm. At 11pm more or less we will build the pumpkins. Sometimes we do contests. And then, after that its just music and drinking and lots of fun.

we love halloween here. Its a nice occasion to be with friends and having a nice party

Agreed!  I got a cool grave yard going on this year.  I'm going to dig a little hole in the middle of it and put some dry ice in a bowl and watch the fog slowly slink around the tomb stones.
