The irony being that while I have become somewhat open-minded and happy in my own knowledge and experience, I have also become skeptical and weary of anyone else trying to create a system out of it. Having said that, I have great respect for the subjects involved on that page (a contradiction there, yes).

Charging money for it is almost unforgivable as far as I'm concerned. I don't want to involve something I consider to be sacred with "questionable agendas". I admit my fear now, anyone with a "doctorate" in these fields is going to have the misconception that he/she knows what they are talking about and believe that they might even be "enlightened". Not to mention the potential such a person would have of causing irreparable damage to the public perception of "metaphysics", non-religious spirituality, OOBEs etc...

Bleh, it sends shivers up my spine.

I had a tough time with this in the past, especially with a specific famous movie star jumping on the new age bandwagon. Took awhile to get over this, especially when the star was charging outrageous price for dinner and a lecture on her personal experience. It was in the begining of my own personal journey and spirituality with OBE's that price should not a factor when teaching others.

If you look at the people who take the time, research, study, and experience like Monroe, Bruce, Moen, Kevin Williams, Peterson that bring justice to the world with metaphysics. I can honestly say they have the right to charge a price for their work. Also, not to mention they give out freebies on there web sites. Just like my web site, I have not charged anyone who views the content of what I'm offering to the public. When I put the energy into writing my book and publishing, yes that I will made availble free and for purchase.

For earning a PHD in astral projection, that is out there, but to learn knowledge about healing, riki, consciousness, yoga, meditation etc.. classes are excellent, opens up more doors to communication, and experience. But to be classified by a title in spirituality, to me it's useless along with the price.

The site does offer some freebies for reading and audio meditation.

I have nothing but respect for those who actually want to teach. The only problem lies in finding someone who is actually capable enough of "spreading the light". Discernment is so important these days as just about anyone can regurgitate "snippets of wisdom".

Right now I'm looking at the "Metaphysics" forum on that website and I see the following topics...

"Magical Slavery - Help?"
"7 Rays"
"Dark Matter & the Universe"
"The End Times?"
"Trees"

Metaphysics is now so vague that it's almost all-encompassing. All I'm seeing here is a bunch of theories with the only shared attribute being the context; spirituality + "metaphysics" (non-specific by nature). Very little of what's on that site involves the practical application of the skill you're meant to be studying. There's a whole unit on auras which is nothing more than the review of related literature. It has nothing involved with actually "seeing them" for yourself (something which I have yet to fully experience and "confirm" for myself).

I agree with that.

I'm sure some people would find it interesting but I'm after something more personal.
