Remote viewing, Monroe style

Well, I finally managed to work my way through the first 2 waves, and I finally got to try out wave 3! I attempted the remote viewing cd, and I found pretty quickly he assumed quite a bit 

I've done the other cd's before this..... has anyone had luck with his method? I found my mind wandering a LOT (actually, very rarely can I sit through the whole tapes these days... he's too quick to get into the exercise, and then leaves a LOT of time at the end.... and I get pretty bored waiting for something to happen, and then before I know it, I'm back to C1). Should I be concentrating on some colour breathing to go with this???

Also, when he asked to look in the envelop, I got a lot of numbers, only one of them ended up being a lotto number for that night    , oh well, I guess its a pretty good start.... I think

I have all 42 CDs of the Gateway series, and, while finding them helpful in some ways, I have not had any OBE experiences.   I am considering starting them all over from the beginning, hoping that somehow that might help me.
