Was it a prediction?

Had this experience early this year, in which I saw actor Jack Palance (spelled correctly now) as a kind of mediator between me and God. It was a profound projection, and when I returned I searched the internet to know if he was alright.

Do you think it could have been a prediction, or coincidence?

He died on November 10, 8 months after I had that experience.

I've stopped believing in conicidences. I suppose that's a phase from science and doubt to belief and spirituality.

It sounds like it was a prediction. Perhaps it's symbolic or a signpost to a changing time in your life. Spiritually.

I think you're right Awakened Mind. I'm kinda uncertain because, if it was a week after the experience... but 8 months... what bugs me is that it was a high ranked experience, not like walking by someone on the streets of a dream, or flying out through my window, it was very deep and transcendental (otherwise I wouldn't have posted it), and he was the only person that I saw.

Maybe the word 'prediction' is misplaced, because it was never too clear that I was being given a message of his death, was he still alive it would have been just a very peculiar character in a fantastic story, as I thought it was so far, but now it changes everything.

I confirm that I was worried about his condition after I woke up, thought he could have died, would have thought the same thing regardless of who I saw in that 'weird place', but checked the internet that night and the following days, he was alive and fine.

Could 'they' be trying to prove anything through me? They knew I would post that, and maybe knew I'd be posting this? Maybe I agreed with them that I'd be doing this, and can't even remember... This is crazy  :?

I think if it has been brought to your attention, its more than a coincidence. 8 months is still not a great deal of time. Do you feel like you were going through any life changes at the time? I mean casual Deja vu's are one thing but from the way you are explaining it makes it sound significant.

Like me. Venture to far down the rabbit hole and thought needs to be abandoned.

Hmm, I don't know, emotionally I guess, I used to be unstable till not so long ago. It's something that has changed for better, matured in a way. It would have been helpful if I kept a diary of my waking life too, would let me see the whole picture clearer, but that would be too much.

Yes! You're part of this too, don't try to sneak away  :-P

To make things a little stranger, that day when I posted my experience I was reading other people's stories, and I read an experience by knightlight that reminded me of my own. He said he saw mirrors, 2 selves, and a funeral with a famous person. I replied to him and said I'd be posting mine too.

Yeah see that gives it all the more merit I think. Definately.

The symbolism is always the variable that makes you unsure. Tricky stuff.
