my experiences and questions..

i just felt like writing about my experiences and things i ponder about .. . . any feedback is deeply appreciated

1.  when i meditate while sitting on a chair with my spine erect, feet on the ground, hands on my lap or just in the air faced up, or facing each other, i noticed energy building up on my feet and all over my leg and it would get extremely warm.  there will be lights appearing on my forehead, warmth on my chakras, and just energy circulating all around.  the problem (well i'm not sure if its a problem) i have is when the meditation session is done.  what happens is i would get up and i wouldn't be able to move my legs much without feeling uncomfortable.  my legs feel like a mass of energy built up and when i move them slightly it feels super staticy and the only way for the pressure to lessen is when i sort of wiggle my toe and sort of move my legs slow until it has shaken off...is this built up of energy on my legs normal?

2.  another experience i have is, when i'm working on the computer, or just outside hanging out with friends, i sometime see what appears to some misty, white smoke thingy twirling around, moving around, and flying towards my face.  is that a ghost or a spirit, or anything i should be concern with?


3.  the past few days i've been feeling a tightness on the solar plexus area.  it feels like a physical pain.  does that mean something to you guys?  when i get the pain i would try to breathe energy thru my solar plexus just to get that warmth feeling, hoping that it will decrease the pain...i guess it somewhat helps....


4.  also sometimes i feel my face getting numb, or half of my brain (the left hemisphere) filled with energy and tingly feelilngs..my heart sometimes have a burning sensation.....does that mean anything ?


5.  i also get hypnogogic hallucination that last very shortly.  one time i've seen a white door closed.  when i tell ppl about it they said i shouldve tried to open it...but how would i do that when everytime i try to focus on any visions i get, they disappear as soon as  i put my attention to it....also...my visions....speaking about my visions...what it appears to me is like...using the analogy of radio frequencies...i get the vision but its not clear..its like for example me wanting to listen to 102.7, but i'm on 102.5.  i get whats coming from 102.7 but its not fully there.  my question is how can i ... increase my vibration or tune in to these visions......



6.  some website says that a characteristic of a balance solar plexus chakra is charisma...so my question is ...is one who works on developing and balancing their solar plexus gonna be charismatic?  or since it is known as the will center also, does that really give ppl determination and that personal power that it is supposedly associated with?  i thought that just comes with ppl who....knows how to be charismatic, who always know waht to say and have the perfect timing for things..........who practice self discipline, and who are just...determined...can working on balancing my chakras really have an effect on these things.  does working on my heart really make me more empathetic and compassionate?  does working on my throat really make me a better speaker?  third eye being intuitive?  etc etc...  i have a tendency to over analyze and over think things, what is that attributed to?  how can i find balance?


sorry i typed so much, i know it seems like i'm jumping from one thing to another....  its just that i've been wanting answer forever and always hesitant to post so the questions and experiences built up

1. Try putting your feet on a pillow when you meditate and see if that helps
2. Does the smoke you see, overlap everything in you vision, or is it behind things?
3. I'd consult a doctor about this, not everything is necessarily directly related to chakra work.
4. If you are feeling uncomfortable when this is happening I'd recommend stopping immediately. Has this always occurred or has it just popped up recently?
6. Charisma can also be associated with star signs. Whether charisma and a balanced solar plexus are correlated I'm not entirely certain, where did you read that? I'd be inclined to think that charisma comes naturally to some people and is not completely determined by the chakra.

i would say overlap...other times when i see visions..let's say when looking and focusing at one spot on a white wall, that one spot seems to get brighter and brighter and the walls seems to be shaking or more fluid. . ..but i think thats separate from when i see the white smokey twirly thing.  the latter seems some what different....i would say the latter vision overlaps, but the former would be somewhat transparent.

eh...i dont like doctors . . .

separate from the tightness feelin i get in the solar plexus, this sensation doesnt feel uncomfortable.  it does however seem to increase in occurence since i've been meditating more and listening to more meditative and nlp cds like "sphinx of imagination" and products from xtrememind.com
