on october 1,2006 , yesterday i had a dream and i saw an angel for the first time in my life. (i have been begging to see one), any way the angel was a golden color and was beautiful with big golden wings, the only weird thing is that was all I remembered. I don't remember the angel saying any thing in the dream. When I woke up i had went through the busy day when the weirdest thing happened. I started remembering flashes and part of what the angel said. the angel's name was gabriel( it's may the arch angel of the bible who was a messenger of god). I remember a picture or figure of jesus, the date 2012, the thought jesus coming or something thing that, and the angel saying "seek the light". soon after that it all stapped back to me, the angel was trying to tell me jesus was coming back on december 21st, of 2012, and to tell the important people who could maybe spread the prophecy. I may have an idea why it is on december 21,2012 instead of december 25,2012. it's he was not born on the 25th, but maybe on the 21st. I was  watching a show cbs one day and they were talking how jesus might have born earlier the 25th, but due to the change of concept in time that it was changed to the 25th. so think about this, you place it on possibilities of the 2012.

The dream sounds like it might have been symbolic in nature, if it had any significance besides that it was a figment of the subconscious. I've read accounts of hypnotists hypnotizing people to pull back memories from years ago. Some people pull back true, undoubtable, memories. On the other hand, other people pull back false memories. This is because of the false impressions that the hypnotists bestow upon the subject whom is being hypnotized. These impressions can be of a deliberate nature: the hypnotist expresses, aloud, the possibility of past lives.

On the other hand, some of the impressions which the hypnotist bestows upon the subject are subversive: nothing has to be said allowed for the impressions to be transferred from the hypnotist to the hypnotized. Merely the hypnotists ideas eminate like an echo set off in a cave. The echo spreads. In this manner the hypnotised subject becomes then subconsiously infected by the false ideas of the hypnotist and recalls false memories.

The same can happen with dreams, as the astral plane (the realm of dreams) is the abode of the subconscious. The subconsious can bend dreams to seem of an intuitive nature, though they're not. It has been rightly said before that "dreams are a reflection of the psyche". That means any influences which happen in the day can affect dreams: words, movies, places visited...just name it.

On the other hand, though, some oracle (prophecy) dreams are truly genuine. Although, such dreams typically relate exclusively to the dreamer and are symbolic in nature, regarding the individual dreamer's development on a spiritual level. Possibly due to the nature of the subconsious, higher beings have to communicate symbolically to get a message across. If they communicated without symbols and intuitive hunches then the subonscious could just as easily mimick and even obscure true messages. Try, perhaps, to decipher possible symbolic meanings behind the dream; there might be a lot to it besides what appears blatantly obvious.

Ok, here's a thought for you...

What if the scriptures about Jesus coming back were not actually meant to be take literally, but were meant to be taken metaphorically? What if "Jesus coming back" actually means for you to find that place of salvation within yourself, which will then dramatically change your own world?

I like that thought James. Perhaps "Christ" is a word used for a consciousness that connects everyone. Jesus represents all individuals who find this consciousness, and the crucifixion and book of revelations are metaphores for changes that occur in an individual finding this new consciousness within themselves.

The term christ (anciently) denotes holy spirit, absolute being, enlightened--100% essences; no subersive natures--no subconscious.

Your dream presented itself according to your perception of reality. What I will tell you is this, Jesus is not the One coming back but the Christ Consciousness or Ascension Consciousness as some call it. (Humanity of this planet is "Messed Up" because souls incarnating here have to forget everything about themselves and try to remember, which is one of the requirements of living on a planet of duality and freewill like Earth.)

What will happen is we will be able to live in a state where we are able to utilize full power and mastery that we have but do not know how to use at the moment.

The date that you mentioned is the day when we will stop living in a dimension of duality and cross over to a dimension of light(a.k.a 5th Dimension).

One more thing about Jesus is that He was not here to save anyone because all souls are eternal and are equally divine with limitless power, He was here to show humanity how to unleash the Mastery in Us that was laying idle through Divine Love, like Buddha did 500 years earlier. Jesus has now moved on to next level on his soul journey into the physical plane and so is Buddha and many other Spiritual Masters of Ancient times, and now it is our turn.

What will happen after 21-12-2012 is that humanity will be aware that we are connected to all of creation and that we are One and that we live simultaneously in several or many dimensions.

The dream seems real enough to me.  The angels plan to kill off anyone who disobeys so they can expand their workforce.  When visiting you, either in a dream or the astral, they'll disguise themselves of Jesus or a well-known angel or any other religious figure you happen to prefer.  They admit to this.  Some people ask if this is really Jesus (or Buddha or Muhammad), and the angel admits that they're just pretending to be that figure.  They justify it as "making it easier for you to understand."

Most people, as we see here, come back thinking they saw the actual religious figure.  The angels can even fake the scenery, making you think you're in a heavenly garden, or they can disguise themselves as your dead relatives.  They come up with all sorts of justifications for these acts.

After reading through enough near-death experiences and OBEs and the like, you'll notice that nearly everything the angels say or show you is a lie.

Most people are told Judgment day will happen in the next 100 years, though it varies.  Sometimes it's "within the next 75 years" sometimes it's within 200 years, sometimes it's 2012; most of the time it's just "Jehuvah is coming" followed by various threats.  You have to keep in mind that they've been doing this for at least 3,000 years now.  The focus is to instill fear.

It is true what zareste says. Just don't listen to these angels and don't desire to see one because theire intentions might not be right. And they are not messengers of God or any other deity for that matter, they act for their own agenda and not for youre well-being.

However i do think Jezus Christ is going to come back very soon or 2012, only as the destroying incarnation Shri Kalki. A.K.A apocalyptic rider. He comes on a white horse they say in the bible. Scary stuff. But some say the last judgement is already going on. I find it strange how many people refer to Jesus as the son of god, when he himself said he was "the son of man".

It's important to realise the time that Christ was around, Rome had it's kings labelled as Gods. Whatever the king or God said, so be it. This lead to much suffering. Christ brought the idea that we are ALL children of God. Not just royal blood. Uniting man as one instead of some social hierachy.

His message that we are all children of God has been misniterpreted as if he were the only one, or at least - the most important. Who does this misconception really benefit though? Christ is going to save us all? Don't count your chickens before they hatch, I say we try at least to save ourselves.

Ok for everyone believing in god: Moses and his people were all down, depressed and demotivated to go on after they were banished right? So... why wouldn't Moses think up of something just to let his people moving?
That just makes sense for me. And also, what if Moses was a schitzo? The thought that 44% in the US believe in God just cuz only 3 (muslim) people talked to god, 2 if you're a christian, 1 if you're a jew. Now... that's interesting, the jews believe in god for more then... don't know the exact number but it was before christ, so more then 2006 years ago... They live their lives just because 1 man... 1 MAN persuased a great number of men... THAT JUST DOESN'T MAKE SENSE... IT DOESN'T! Well, just telling you all to think before you believe in things like this. If there's no heaven, then what are you living for? Earth has the best feelings you can wish for, why the "hell" would you wanna go somewhere else after you die?

I would say that 44% figure is inaccurate. A lot of people believe in a higher power, or at least are aware of a more appropriate way of being, and do not subscribe to any specific religion. My attitude is: If Jesus never went to church, why should I?

I won't say that people believing in any form of religious content are crazy or wrong. Personally I don't believe God would always want to be worshiped or recognized. I do however, understand the significance of the change Christ brought. It makes perfect sense why so many people believe in him. Religious people chose to carry the message of their prophets. It has since been manipulated but nonetheless, incredible.

Idd, can you believe the persuasive power of those prophets?
Though, but you should think about it right... The prophets didn't only brought God with them, they also brought the philosophy of good and evil, they showed that some things were wrong... However, "thou shalt not commit adultery"... If that never came, we could shag whoever we wanted! And don't have a bad feeling afterwards!!! Because people wouldnt think that THAT would be an evil thing to do.

I don't think it matters whether the prophets bought the message "thou shalt not commit adultery". I would still feel it was unethical.

The prophets never mentioned stealing someones car park. How do you feel about that?

I think right and wrong are more primitive ways of viewing it. What is right and wrong is constantly being redefined or even still, the concept is being abandoned. It's very circumstantial.

Morals involve right and wrong. Morally it's wrong to lie. What if it's world war 2 and your hiding Jews in your attic and a soldier knocks on your door and asks "Are there any Jews here?". Morals are the foundation to the next evolution in consciousness, ethics. Ethics involve not just a preconceived idea of 'what should be' but accommodate for the ever changing 'what is'. They allow for the experience. They are the solution to moral dilemmas. IMO.

Well, IF you're hiding jews in your attic, the 1 consciousness would say it would be wrong to hand em over. That's the "good and evil" idea we got from god. To help other people. Though another part of you says to hand the jews over, this would be the society values, the things you're learned to do, using commercials and propaganda, and also social interactions. So... if you hand them over, you could get rewarded, by the society values, but if you let them live, you will feel you've done something good. Still you didn't do anything good, just because the lives of biological objects can get killed or live just because you say so... Doesn't give you the right you've done the right thing, in any way.
I mean, rly, there's no good and evil. It's all in the hands of the society, we don't even have the freedom to think, all your friends, your parents and your girlfriend or boyfriend, make you think. And the scariest part is, YOU are doing the same thing to them.
