im sorry for the bad english i think this is the right forum for this.

i can't believe im good at something, it was so easy. i "woke up" this morning in a state somewhere between being awake and aseleep and i thought for some reason, i should try to get out of my body. so i startet rocking and then i felt the vibration and i was in the room flying , the roomk was dark and it was hard to see so i got sceard.
the first few seconds nothing happened but then i got back and i went back to dreaming. do you think this was for real. they say when your out there you can have a problem staying out there not getting back(not that it was a big problem but still it feelt different than before).
is the astral suppossed to look dark, the room was dark but not that dark.

i have had som other problems too, i got a necklace as a gift and i fell asleep with it on. had lots of bad dreams wearing it.
have happened before with another necklace. is it common? do you think i'ts left over energy or some kind of beeing?

Can't really answer the necklace thing, 'cept to say I believe spirits/energy can attach to THINGS.  I've had a ouji board I tried to destroy when I was about 17 refuse to burn and TWO of my friend's lighters (these were new) I attempted to light it with litterly fell apart in my hand (the roller/metalic mechanism)....that was ODD...

But concerning the blackness, it's possible you suffered astral blindness...next time demand to see or reach up and open your eyes with your astral "hands", that may work better....

I've only had about 5 experiences, and I recall the first 2 1/2 I was blinded for the most part....keep trying!
