Blackness

Ok, i think this as nothing to do whit this, but i have been practicing AP, so i decided to post here, so this is what hapened:
I took a ride whit my mum, and felt asleep, oh well patience, when i wake up we were at the supermarket, and i got out of the car, and when i was entering the supermarket, i saw all black, for like 1-2 seconds, then i could see again but whit a very dizzy sensation, i felt like my astral body had felt on the ground!
Can anyone share any related experiences or explain what hapened?

It's likely that it was a situation related to the flux of blood to the brain, you were relaxed, then stood up fast and felt dizzy.  Something similar happened to me when I was about 12 and riding a bike, but I had never used a bike with derailleur gears, so I didn't know how to use it properly and got really exhausted. When I stopped for a break, suddenly everything went black and I thought I had gone blind permanently. It took me about 30 seconds to regain sight.

The autonomic nervous system can be slow to react after energy work ie trancing or projection of consciousness . This can cause the pupils to slow in their reaction causing blackness , dizziness , vertigo  and fainting etc.
