My small but interesting experience when I was young.

The year was 1993, I was in the 6th grade, and at that time in my young life, I really never had heard of such things such as out of body experiences,  it was not really an OBE, but the experience was very interesting in retrospect.

I was sitting in class, doing my work, the class was filled with a cacophony of other children's squabbing, and for some reason or another, I began to focus on that internal ringing sound, very, very intently, not letting it out of my sight, within a few moments, that sound began to grow, it grew louder..and louder, to my shock the sound started to drown out all the noise in the classroom, suddenly, that is all I heard, was this incredibly loud roaring going on in my head! I began to panic, what was happening to me I thought!

So I got up and went out side quickly, with the roaring still going on, I paced up and down outside and the sound started to subside, slowly, but surely, it all disappeared, it left quite shook up, at the time I had no idea  what it was, and put it aside in my mind.

It is only in retrospect that was I experienced could of been a prelude to a full waking OBE, I wonder what it would of been like, had I kept focusing, alas, I did not, it is also interesting to me the power of concentration I had as a child that I could focus so intently like that, that I almost induced an OBE, I wish I still had that.
