Need a good way to travel in RTZ besides walking etc.

What are the ways someone can travel in the RTZ?

walking flying dont seem efficient.  Is there a way to teleport, but still remain in the RTZ and not slip into the astral?

I suppose calling on the help of a guide is the best way to travel "safely" and without too many distortions... Many authors report getting help from them when visiting other dimensions, so why not geographic locations?

Here's what I do. . .

Fly up Really High so that you're looking at the world like a map. then pick where you want to land and descend on it. The only thing that seems to limit speed is to believe it will limit you. However, when I fly 'fast' I end up having to start slowly and build up some momentum that keeps me going faster and faster. (I can't explain it might just be a personal thing)
