Magnetic North

When it's said that an ideal position for projection is 'magnetic north', should our head be at north or our feet?

Head.

I didn't give any creedence to this in the past, but have changed my opinion.  Robert Monroe talks about it, so does Edgar Cayce and a few other.  Those people know a whole lot more than me, so I will try it in the future.  I just hope my room setup doesn't look wierd.

As I recall having read this some years ago, it is the head that faces magnetic north. It was suppose to have something to do with assisting in OBEs.
