Taming my subconscious

Hey Guys,
It seems like I have a very stubborn subconscious. I have just recently (around 3 months) begun to practice meditation and work on my physic, telekinetic, and projection abilities. I have done several things, but it seems like I have no conscious control over any of them. I have half projected once, but I did so from a dream state, not when I was thinking about it. I have tried many times to bend metal, and the only time I have succeeded was once when I was falling asleep, I only woke up because the metal started to bend in my  hands. I can move the psi wheel, but it seems like I'm fighting myself. If I think about moving it clockwise, it will either not move at all, or quickly spin counterclockwise. Also, I seem to have to trick my subconscious by pretending to blow on it. (This has no effect as my wheel is inside a glass jar) Why is it that I can only do these feats when I seem to have forgotten them, or when I do them consciously, its the opposite effect of what I'm trying to achieve? I tried micro-pk with a coin toss, and when trying to force heads, I got almost all tails! Any advice would be great,

your subconscious is strongly programmed to believe that you cant do it. i dont know how to fix it, but its hard.

You are programming more into his subconcious, telling him you don't know how to fix it but its hard, therefore making him believe in order to fix it he must go through alot of difficulty.

Its like planting a seed and you want it to grow. The more you repeat of your desire, the more it will grow rathere if its good or good. Be careful of what you think or say about yourself.
It may not surface right away but it will.

sigil magic works hand in hand with the subconscious mind.  u should check out a high magic book and look in the chapter on sigil magic.  u can make a sigil to help you fix this problem.
