ball rolling inside my skin

can you call on some one to pull you into an OBE when in a deep transe but just cant seem to pull yourself?

i know you can call on people for help if your stuck or so i hear ive never had a real OBE and i was trying to but i started to feel some kind of wierd ball rolling from the top of my head down my throat and once it got into my chest i got up it was a little weird for me i felt it like inside my skin almost i dont know how to explain it...

also if you OBE what are some things you would have to know about...is there really anything to worry about...im still a little shaken i think from previous states of half OBE

anyway mainly whats up with that ball? any ideas?
