Hello,

I cannot upload my avatar. I got the message:

An Error Has Occurred!
The attachments upload directory is not writable. Your attachment or avatar cannot be saved.

Please help,

Dear Sarah,

Yes, resolved it, but not by uploading the image to your server.
I had to have some webspace and upload the image there and then link it.
I suppose many people don't have avatars, because it is not simple.

When I tried to attach a picture of my artwork I got the same message.  I am not sure how to include a jpeg within my reply.  Thx

Hi Neluem

I see what you mean.  I've just to change my avatar and get the same error message. 

My current avatar is in jpeg format, so it should work.  I'll contact Adrian and see if he can fix the problem.  Watch this space!  :-)
