Hello all  :)

QuoteThis subject is extremely relevant to the Astral Pulse because as we near 2012 such experiences as spontaneous Out of Body Experiences, Astral Projection, Lucid Dreams etc. could well become increasingly prevalent; and we need to discuss them here.
(cf the "Welcome to the 2012 discussions" topic)

Recently, my brother had his first lucid dream (not even a week ago), and juste some hours ago, I nearly had an Astral projection o.Ô
I was simply fell "asleep" (physically only) in my brother's room, and after some time (couldn't say how much exactly), I was seeing the room, my brother using th PC on his desk and stuff, but :
- my eyes were closed
- I was totally paralysed

This was the first time I could "see" with my eyes closed  :-o
I had already felt this state (when you are totally paralysed), but I didn't think about AP at all, I just though "well, I must be in trance, and it's a deep one ^^", so I tried hard, and finally opend my eyes and "woke up".
But I was really asleep
15 minutes later, I was back in bed, and exactly the same thing happened  :-o
(my reaction was the samed also ^^")

It's a hour later, when I told my brother about this, that he said : "man, if you just tried a little harder, you would have had your first AP )

(can't hide it, I wanted to hit something at that time xD)

So, when I saw Adrian's post, I just had to tell you about it (hope it is in the right section)

Have you experienced things related to OOBE, AP or else ?  :)

Well done Ixnay.

My advice to you is to remember this experience, write it down and frame it you must. If nothing happens for a long time you may begin to doubt yourself. Make sure you realise that it is important and worth your time to follow up on. I am very happy for you and wish you success in future endeavours.

Also, remember that it's not about trying hard. You are giving consent and allowing it to happen.
