Stuck at the head!

asleep

Hello everyone!
I am new at astral projection and new in this forum as well.
I was wondering if anyone could help me out.
It seems that after my body falls asleep and I remain conscious, I am able to separate my astral arms and hands, but I get stuck at my head, no matter how hard I try my astral head refuses to separate, and I end up feeling very drained and it feels like I am hurting or crackling and at the same time it seems like if I push too hard I might hurt myself.
What to do?  :?

Hello asleep, welcome to the forums
Had the same problem in the past, try the inflation technique:

I used the rope method when this happened to me one time, all I did was imagine a rope above my chest and my astral hands grabbing it and "pulling myself out"
I'd rather spend my life attempting to make myself happy rather than prevent myself from being unhappy.

Ive been stuck at my head also!
I couldnt do much about it but return to my body.

Its cool how we are experiencing the same thing though.
Part of us is really leaving the body!  Its not just our imagination.  lol

Thanks everyone :)
I'll try the rope and the inflation technique and see what works for me!

Nay

I've done the rope and it only worked once but I've spent many a nights standing on my head trying to get out.  I can relate asleep!  I laughed most of the time but once I got passed the goofiness of it, I started simply rolling back and forth or I continued to fall backwards right out.

My best advise is to just keep standing on your head and trying different things until you hit on something that works for you. :)

Good luck!

I think the first thought that ran through my head was "wow, I so wish I could see myself, and I had a good mental laugh...
