I'm going to do it every month on the 11th from now on beginning at 11:11 in the morning. Along with everyone else I felt a difference in the way the world was yesterday even though I only did it for a minute or two before I fell asleep.

Unfortunately I am a caffeine drinker, so generally the crash will knock me out cold no matter how hard I try to "re-energize" myself... makes it more difficult to tell where the effects come from etc...

But yes indeed I do feel more energy in general, and some sort of really "positive vibe" all around when I go for my walks on the trail (its not a REAL nature walk, but best I can do around here in the city) :) Anyways, it feels more pleasant and peaceful than usual.

I agree with you Orgybus, imagine if we all took a little time like this every day. Man, even 10mins would make some sort of effect I'm sure. Trouble is getting everyone to actually make time AND remember\make it a habit, right :-P

It is a good idea though, I really should start doing daily meditation, and why not throw in a few minutes of love and healing thoughts while I'm in that state eh! :D

I come to think of a quote along the lines of "Make peace within yourself, and external peace will follow". I think thats what we are also doing essentially, don't you think?

Its wonderful hearing that alot of you guys have felt something more positive come out of this, lets hope this trend continues long into our future!

The guru Osho says he tries to help the individual and in doing so he helps the collective, because the collective is made from individuals. If you benefit from sending love, do it everyday - time (helps, but is not a big deal). People who had done any type on love meditation, regularly, has changed their lives...The thing with doing it everyday is that past negative energy and emotions will surface, this is a good thing - try to learn from it and let it pass, its a purging process...Just keep at it...

Dr. Len healed a whole prison of mentally ill prisoners on Hawaii without ever seeing them. Finally they had to close it down. What he has done was to take their file and do the ho'oponopono process. He was healing the part of himself that he saw in mentally ill prisoners and they got healed.

I have listened to the audio book of Zero Limits by Joe Vitale and Dr. Len. It's amazing.

I just noticed the date on "The Art of Sending Love", exactly one year ago from 7/17/07....Coincidence?
