Just a couple of questions on 2012 -- Please read...?

Greetings everyone =]  I'm new to the concept of 2012 and I want to gain a better picture of the event David Wilcock calls "the Ascension".

What should we all do to prepare for this upcoming event? 

Is 2012 something we all should look forward to, as a whole?  If so, what should we do to make people aware of it?

Does anyone believe our Higher Selves are prepping us for it?  Maybe giving us messages in dreams/oobes (anyone read pieces of information that was in a strange language or too complex to understand in your present state?)


I hope asking questions helps us all to understand what's going on..

--- seek to better yourself, evolve yourself based on your own standards... ask yourself what can you do to improve yourself mentally, physically, emotionally??
ie do you smoke? if so quit.

---research as much as you can and dont get caught up in the "were all gonna be saved by a magic energy beam" hype, the change is happening now, so take action now.... if you wanna make people aware, it depends.. try and explain to someone about all the concepts behind spiritual evolution and you may have a headache... alternativly, print off 1000 copies of any random 2012 stuff and post them all over your city ... or let people come to it themselfs.. if at all.

--- "it" is just a date you refer to, human consciousness wont just evolve in a matter of seconds once dec 21 2012 comes along... evolution doesnt work like that... its US who have to put the work in, dont squander your time until 2012 thinking "its ok, ill be enlightended in a few years" A man should not need to rely on prophecies for his own salvation.

You are a Soul and you need to grow up ! All your knowledge about world,Universe, spiritual things will remain and will be with you forever! So, don't worry but just grow up! Grow up in your evolution.
  And... Another thing of course- Do things that have some matter. For example, there is no matter to study 3 or 4 long course in some commercial things to get money and then make good things and do good jobs- You need to think closer. Do all the best that you can do in short period- 3, 4, 5 years long time...

And remember- 2012 changes will be a very,very good thing to this planet.

thank you. but i want the people i care about to share in the universe's glory.  do i help them?  or must i let them come to it themselves?  i see the ones i love plagued with pain and suffering. how do they become spiritually aware?
