When someone says that they have left their body do you believe that persons spirit has in actually left thire body or is something else happing?As for me I believe it does actually happen.

OBE is a reflection of consciousness into another dimensional body. This is why we can be aware both of our real time double and physical body at the same time. It's not our spirit that leaves because the spirit has no temporal or spatial location. It's our awareness that 'leaves' the body.
